My story with Kristen Misamore begins almost 2 years ago. I wanted to purchase a home and didn’t think I could with my income with IHSS. I had a consultation with Kristen and I felt confident that I would be able to purchase, I just had to wait a little and build my credit and savings account. I attended the weekly Zoom classes on home ownership that Kristen and Rachel held. I was motivated to put in the work as other providers in the group were buying their homes. Fast forward to mid April ‘26, I was at the point to be able to purchase! We ran my credit and I was approved!! I found my dream home and my RE Agent, Cristina from the group put in an offer and it was accepted!
