Following a mental health crisis I required both a cleaning and organising service. I e never had professional cleaner before so didn’t know what to expect. Right from the start Chloe demonstrated courtesy, organisational skills, respect and trustworthiness. She transformed my tiny space. It was clean, fresh and more spacious. The cutest touch was a happy birthday message she left for me. No words could express my gratitude enough.

They did an end of tenancy clean and it was absolutely awful. I could have done better blindfolded. I paid nearly two hundred pounds. The cooker hood, fridge freezer, hob and washing machine weren't clean at all. Still cobwebs in the house, dirty floors, dirty tiles in the kitchen and all the kitchen units. I am totally stunned by their poor quality. I've left phone calls and emails and did their live chat and I've got nothing back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL 😞

When it came to cleaning my Dad's house none of us wanted to do it so we approached Serenity Cleaning to take care of it and it was a pleasant and easy process from beginning to end. I booked it on Friday and it was done by the following Monday. Annya, Oliver and Jack did an excellent job. A brief discussion beforehand of what needed doing and particular areas that might need a little more attention and they were straight to it. It only took them a couple of hours to do what probably would have taken me days. I would definitely recommend Serenity Cleaning to clean your house. A big thanks to all for making an easy process and getting the job done so quickly.

Manager Lizzie was lovely and polite and got us booked in last minute despite us being first-time clients with a fairly demanding property. Both Anya and Claire, who came to the property, were early and incredibly professional. They have a fair pricing structure for the work provided and brought their own cleaning products. Anything they were unsure about or believed to be delicate, they asked permission to touch. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

For sure, I'm certainly recommend Serenity Cleaning. With the many businesses that I called, he was the only one who expressed interest in clearing the drains at my parents' house. Despite having other jobs, he was provided the opportunity to do the task when he arrived at the first site after calling around to check what was needed. A nice man who is accommodating, courteous, and efficient at his work.

Sylwia and Oliver attended my dad's bungalow to clean the lounge, hallway and kitchen-diner and make it presentable for his funeral.
