Just had all new windows installed and was shocked at how fast it was. The quality was better than I expected and the price was right in the middle of the other estimates I had. I will be using them for my doors in the fall.

I recently had new doors put in by Josh and his son and I do not have words for the job done. I was nervous when they finished as quickly as they did but they are just really that efficient! Josh came to my home and gave me a quote on 2 bedroom windows, I had 3 other quotes and Josh’s was by far the best. He promptly put the windows in and explained everything as he went along. I have had an extremely positive experience working with Josh and his team. I have been replacing my windows in phases, and Josh has helped me every step of the way. He listened to me when I had questions, and he was patient and thoughtful with his answers. We had a couple of window installation challenges, but Josh is the ultimate problem solver, and he was able to find solutions. Wicked Windows and Doors LLC was one of three contractors who provided an in-home estimate for window replacement. Josh Menchion, the owner/contractor did not approach the work as a salesperson, which made an immediate first positive impression. The estimate was fair and clearly presented window by window cost. Communication was always timely, professional, and personable. Replacing windows in a 30 year old log home that was built primarily by the previous homeowner had its challenges. Josh and Steve handled them all within the same estimated time frame, and with only a modest adjustment to the overall cost. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Wicked Windows and Doors to anyone. In fact, we have already talked about additional work to be done by them in the near future.

We recently used Josh from Wicked Windows & Doors to install a new front door on our home. Our home isn't old (about 7 years) but our contractor is like many contractors who cut corners. Josh is not one of them! He showed up on time and even helped on his day off to meet me and make sure the Door we picked out was exactly what we needed. He didn't pressure us he didn't use any salesman BS to try and convince us to buy something.When Josh and his son arrived to do the door they went right to work. Sadly, once the door was taken out from the horrible contractor before we noticed some black mold. Josh suggested cutting it all out and putting in new wood. We agreed with him and sadly our entry way would be torn up. Though this increased the cost slightly Josh and his son worked fast and proficient and didn't try to over charge us.It was memorial day weekend and they stayed to finish the job. I Can't thank them enough. The quality of work is amazing and we're very happy! I would and have already been recommending anyone who is interested in putting in doors or windows.

Excellent experience from start to end: responsive, good communication, accommodating, great looking result. Josh had us fitted with a door within three weeks from contact, after we’ve had a horrendous experience with Pella, leaving us with a wrong order after a six month wait and three no-shows. Our round top door looks amazing! I finally got to painting it so I can attach a photo.

They just came by for a quote but the representative was very professional, cordial, and did not pressure me. I have not decided if I will use their services yet but first impression is encouraging.
