I love this place. The instructors are all so personable, understanding, helpful and kind. My whole family and I (sisters, brother, mom, and dad) all take classes here, and never once have we had a negative experience. I have noticed a great amount of growth in mine, and my family's self-discipline and fitness. I highly recommend trying out these classes.

I have been going here for my entire life; for as long as I remember. This place and the people in it are nothing short of family to me, and along with how much I have learned from all of my experience, it is safe to call FMAFA a safe haven. I recently just acquired my second degree blackbelt. I am extremely proud of all I have accomplished here at the Taekwondo Studio, the people I have grown up with whom have received the same opportunities, and the relationships I built along the way. I am not done here, and through high school I am continuing my journey, even through other sports and rigorous study. FMAFA proceeds to be a refuge for countless memories and harbored relationships, all of which will trail my perception of life for hopefully as long as I can recollect.

After years of attending we have cut ties due to Mr Bhaur (not sure the spelling) and his poor attitude, being told different information from different people on different occasions about expectations for belt promotions and poor communication. It really hurts to have an instructor make your child not feel valued or wanted.

HIGHLY recommend FMAFA for families, kids, or individuals looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, build confidence, or enjoy being in a friendly atmosphere. I started at FMAFA 14 years ago, and I still go back every time I'm in town. I earned my second degree black belt there and FMAFA and the instructors/fellow students will always hold a special place in my heart.

Absolutely love this place. When I was able to return while recovering from a knee injury, they made sure to help give alternatives to help me continue the warmups/techniques. This school.has taught meso much and I am incredibly thankful for it.
