Met Adrian a few weeks ago before the project . He was great at follow up and many questions we had as we were undecided on color and a few other details. Once we scheduled the floors , he and his team have been amazing!The day they started they said they would be here at 8am and every day they were on time or early, and they worked a long day.Many others told me it would be 10 days to two weeks and Sophisticated completed the job in 4.5 days!Installing a new floor in family room that was carpet and then refinishing the entire first floor and stairs way with steps and risers. He also noticed some issues with the landing on stairway and his team was able to replace that and it looks perfect.If you are looking for a great job on floors at a fair price , contact Sophisticated Flooring . I have already had 4 neighbors ask about “who did the job” and they are interested in using Sophisticated.
