I am BEYOND thankful for the team at James Medical. I went in this morning in a bit of a panic because my mother-in-law's lift chair (bought from another vendor) stopped working this morning.The team in the store was so kind to help me find and pick out a new chair for her and got me same-day delivery so she didn't have to go a day without the chair. They were extremely kind and patient with me being in an absolute panic and helped calm me down and reassured me that they would help me out.The guys who came to remove her old chair, as well as deliver and set up her old chair, were also super kind. They were extremely professional and walked me through how to use her new chair.James Medical is an asset to Fort Wayne, as far as I'm concerned. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate and that is a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you all again!

We visited your store recently and was very pleased with the amount you have to offer. We were not able to arrive until the end of the day but the employee was so kind as to show us around and answer all of our questions even when it was now into after hours. She didn't try to rush us out the door and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you for being so kind!
