Excellent communication and customer service. Thorough explanation of the products they carry. HONEST disclaimer regarding Eyesight cameras and front windshield, other companies just wanted to sell the product. Dan was amazing. I give Ultimate Film Solutions my highest recommendation.

I had an amazing experience with UFS in Sacramento! Dan, the owner is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I had the full front SunTek PPF with wear and tear package, and SunTek Evolve ceramic windows tint done. The quality of their work is exceptional. The wrap looks flawless, with clean lines, perfect edges, and an overall finish that makes my car look absolutely stunning. You can tell they take pride in what they do.Their customer service is just as impressive as their craftsmanship. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I absolutely love UFS. Dan and the entire team run a "tight ship": Their business is always clean, and they are always on time. More importantly, they are also artists at what they do. They worked with me to solve a few difficult design issues, during which Dan actually told me, "No, it won't look right - I will do it for you this way... but I promise you won't like the end result!" And then he explained why. This enabled me to find a different and better solution (which he approved) and the outcome is far better than we both envisioned!100% Top Notch business, 100% top quaulity people, AND they are true artists. THIS IS A SUPER RARE COMBINATION. BTW, I spent 8 hours driving to and "interviewing" 6 other top rated PPF businesses (at a few of which I would never have left my car - even just to park) and UFS was my last stop. I am so glad I spent the time to find them. Do yourself a favor, and visit UFS FIRST!

As a local pest control company, we chose this shop because we wanted to support another local small business. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with the experience. The first wrap had crooked wording, misaligned graphics, and poor symmetry. We politely pointed out the differences from the approved design, and they agreed to redo it.The second wrap looked better in the photos they sent us, but once we saw the truck in daylight, the issues were obvious. The quarter panel design is tilted, the white lines aren't horizontal, and the colors don't match what we approved. When we called Dan, he refused to fix it again, saying they had already given us a good price and that redoing the wrap had cost them money and hurt them as a small business. That was extremely disappointing to hear. The cost of correcting work that doesn't match an approved design shouldn't be put on the customer. We agreed to a price for a specific design, gave them two opportunities to get it right, and were very reasonable throughout the process. Unfortunately, they chose to leave us with a wrap that still isn't correct rather than stand behind their work. We would not recommend them for custom company vehicle wraps.

I am really impressed with the level of detail and work done on tinting my windows. Very professional and overall, very comfortable to be here. The owner was super polite and awesome to talk too. Process was easy and smooth. Zero complaints. Tint turned out perfect and I’m super happy. Everything was professionally done with no bubbles or issues. Definitely coming back for front tints and future car tinting.

We highly recommend Dan and Ultimate Film Solutions - our BMW iX xDrive60 looks better than brand new, after Dan and team carefully applied PPF to our front bumper and lights, and then perfectly applied ceramic coating to the whole vehicle. Dan is an expert - so knowledgeable - he knew the details of our specific car model and what would work best to protect it the most. His expertise, attention to detail and highest quality materials resulted in a finish that looks amazing and will wear better than the original. Dan is so easy to work with; very fair pricing, great communication, and he walked us through the process and took the time to answer all our questions. The whole experience exceeded our expectations! We are thrilled with the beautiful finish that Dan and his team achieved on our BMW, and will be bringing in our other car to him next. 10 out of 10 stars!

Before I hire someone or try a new restaurant or visit a new place or put PPF and tinted windows on the new car(s), I always lookup reviews just to get some ideas. For those who are trying to get idea for tinted windows or PPF for the new car, you will be very satisfied with UFS great quality and excellent customer service.I started with my model Y three year ago for tinted windows and full front PPF at UFS. Because of Dan and his team, I was very satisfied with their quality work and customer service so I sent some friends to him.Three years later, after I bought a new model 3, of coz I went back to UFS without thinking twice. Dan suggested the whole roof tinted for the summer heat so I went along with it (of coz he gave me returning customer discount 😉). His suggestion was spot on and I can feel the difference between Y and 3 so I took the Y in the following week to do the same like 3.In summary, I don’t know if UFS is the cheapest around the block but I do know that their quality and customer service is top notch based on my 2 cars (three times) experience.

One sentence to summarize this review: "absolute obsession with detail!"**Why I chose UFS?**Based on previous positive reviews, fair pricing, and Dan (the owner) being so easy to talk to.**Services I got done**PPF, ceramic coating, and tint.**What really matters**Stellar work! The edges are perfectly hidden, the ceramic coating is incredibly deep, and Dan and his team are very easy to work with. They are passionate about cars and committed to the best quality. I've used other shops before, but UFS outshines them (literally)! If you're particular about your vehicles and want a shop that actually delivers on the promise of perfection, this is the only place to go.
