I have been a member of 3-2-1 Fit for several years, where I initially followed personal training sessions.
About a year ago, while my usual coach was on vacation, I was scheduled for a few personal training sessions with Elly—and that’s when everything changed for me.Elly’s holistic approach to fitness—listening to your body and doing what feels right—really resonated with me. Her style was refreshingly different and exactly what I needed at the time.She encouraged me to try a Pilates/Yoga class she was teaching, and I was instantly hooked. Since then, I’ve been attending group classes regularly.In September 2024, when Elly became the health coach and trainer for the 9-week group program Happy & Healthy at 3-2-1 Fit, I signed up without hesitation. The small-group sessions were challenging but incredibly rewarding.Elly has a rare talent for pushing you—without you even realizing it—helping you explore your limits and achieve progress you never imagined.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in fitness, health, and overall wellbeing, and every tip she shares is genuinely worth listening to. 😊To put it simply, Elly is an exceptional coach who has truly changed my life. I had never been active or into sports before, and now, as a 46-year-old woman, I find myself doing strength training two to three times a week, along with weekly Pilates. I never thought that would be possible—and not only am I doing it, I’m enjoying every minute. I feel stronger, fitter, and happier than ever, and Elly has played a big role in that journey. ❤️
