2 months and finally got our 2018 Expedition back, lack of communication on parts and repairs was a big factor. Second time the transmission has been rebuilt here made it 82k miles, coolant line replacement and transmission rebuild cost us just under 6k.

I’ve seen over the years how Laura and Bobby are loyal to their customers and service personnel at Quality Ford. I have been in the office many times and seen examples of how Quality Ford has gone above and beyond to meet the expectations of their customers. They also helped me out when I was in a pinch. I tried to change the brakes on my truck and realized I had made a mistake and I couldn’t. I needed my truck back as soon as possible. I called Bobby, he assured me not to worry and drop the truck off in the morning, we’ll take care of it.
