Can't recommend enough. Had an issue, called and Alex was able to come out the same day. While he was addressing the issue, he also noticed something else that was wrong with our system and contributing to the same overarching problem. We have had our AC system serviced for this very same issue in the past, and they never took the time to notice this one detail that was starring them in the face (and they've been up there in our attic a couple of times in the past few years). Alex also didn't offer the quick and easy fix to our issue, but rather offered a more thorough repair that would work best for the long-term, and explained the reasoning behind the repair. Also, as a bonus, I didn't get a separate multi-thousand dollar quote for work that he 'thought' we needed. Alex is obviously a guy that takes pride in his work and it really shows through his attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and thoroughness when completing the job.
