Quick and easy: GREAT service, good pricing, and well worth it!Now, long story part: I am a hard person to deal with some times especially when it comes to A/C's but geez did Alex kill me kindness, patience, and all the information I could handle. Here's the story: I called and made an appointment to have him come and talk about humidity and then the condenser started making a funny noise a few days before my appointment. He came out we talk about a few things for the humidity then the condenser decided to give up. All I can say if you buy a new A/C is to register all three parts for the extended warranty (aka the 10 yr) because I missed 2 of the three not knowing years ago. After some evaluation we decided to change the whole HVAC just to get newer/better than the builder install and wanted to address the humidity problem. So, we went with American Standard (wanted Trane but Alex pointed out it's really the same thing without the symbol status), de-humidifier, U/V light, some new ductwork and vents to cool a couple rooms with 1 or no vents (builder added the larger A/C as requested but didn't check air flow rates at the time of build) and a new thermostat. Few small other things too. Well, I feel like he may have rescheduled some appointments to get me running since the condenser was giving up entirely. He got the parts within a couple days and came right out with a crew and got to working! I think the house was without A/C for 6 maybe 7 hours and he had it back online (getting it back online is the main thing with a whole replacement). Took him and crew a couple of days initially. He had to get back to some other appointments then come and finish up the small things but overall, it was very professional. Responded to texts, took calls, explained things more than my knowledge (so I would do a review, a look up and ask more questions next time) and I thought it was a great experience. New HVAC system with the de-humidifier and light are all working great. He filled out all my warranty info online for me (or better have, I should call him) and as long as we do the maintenance every 6 months with him if anything goes wrong with anything we pay nothing, no labor no parts nothing (except his 6-month cost). Overall, completely worth it and extremely impressed, would recommend. Was going to use him for a mini split but the transmission in the truck went out so now I'm house/truck broke...at least it will be cold in here! Thanks Alex and team!!
