After dealing with a lot of stress and worrying about issues with my AC and ceiling stains, he came out quickly, was incredibly kind, professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish.He serviced both of my AC units, changed my filters, explained everything clearly, adjusted thermostat settings that had been limited by the builder, and even helped me set up a maintenance plan moving forward. He went above and beyond trying to track down the source of my ceiling stains and ultimately found the issue on the roof and sealed it properly.What really stood out to me was his honesty, patience, and willingness to truly help instead of rushing through the job. Fast service. Got me new compressor and installed it the very next day. I wasn't home and although it seemed to be working well he insisted he return to do the indoor check to make sure it was working correctly. Can't recommend enough. Had an issue, called and Alex was able to come out the same day. While he was addressing the issue, he also noticed something else that was wrong with our system and contributing to the same overarching problem. We have had our AC system serviced for this very same issue in the past, and they never took the time to notice this one detail that was starring them in the face (and they've been up there in our attic a couple of times in the past few years). Alex also didn't offer the quick and easy fix to our issue, but rather offered a more thorough repair that would work best for the long-term, and explained the reasoning behind the repair. Also, as a bonus, I didn't get a separate multi-thousand dollar quote for work that he 'thought' we needed. Alex is obviously a guy that takes pride in his work and it really shows through his attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and thoroughness when completing the job.
