Eric did a very unusual remodel for me: lofted glass bridge to an architectural net spanning an entire room, with steel structure. I had a hard time finding a contractor at all, much less one who wasn't quoting an outrageous price. Eric showed inspiring enthusiasm and initiative, find a place that does glass flooring from kits. Due to the difficulty predicting the pricing of the project, we negotiated a gentleman's agreement of a fixed percentage profit for him based on his quote. He delivered well under his original quote and I think he deserved every extra cent of the percentage increase that meant. He was a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation recommending him. He'll certainly be my first choice when I do a kitchen or bathroom (hopefully not until several more years), ha! Less

Eric was exactly what we were looking for in a contractor, someone that actually COMMUNICATES. We renovated our entire kitchen and everything was done perfectly to our exact specifications, stayed on budget even as our scope changed, and was completed before our major deadline - we had a baby due and needed this done ASAP because the old kitchen was a hazard. We talked to many contractors and felt that Eric was the only one we could really trust to keep the timeline and we were not disappointed. The before and after pictures speak for themselves! Less

Eric gave us a super reasonable quote to finish our first floor as an ADU. He’s about the most honest guy out there, and dependable. He stayed on budget (maybe even a little less) and despite winter delays, finished on time. He had his designer make plans and an application to the city was submitted only a month after our initial meeting to discuss the possible project. Took the city ~ 2.5 months to approve permit (Eric diligently checked in). Once the permit was approved, he was done in about 3 months. He worked with the city and our lender to make the process smooth. He was flexible with our requests. When things were missed or when we realized we wanted something done differently, he always corrected or accommodated our requests. He was always here when he said he would be and you can tell he cares about delivering a good project to you! 9 months later we had a strange thing with our cabinets and the caulking and he came out with the cabinet company to ensure everything was taken care of. We started the remodel just as covid hit, and that along with material shortages made this a challenging project. Thanks to Eric and Vista Homes, we were able to see completion and the results were amazing. Thanks so much Eric for seeing this through and giving us a home we can be proud of. Less
