Our door was installed 8 years ago and have had no trouble until recently when the arm attachment tore the sheet metal. Nate came out and repaired it with a brace attachment which will prevent it from happening again. He also replaced our bottom seal, lubed everything and took great care of us. I’m grateful for the prompt and thorough service they provided.

When the second technician was there he noted the belts also needed replacement. When I said go ahead but it should have been noted by the first tech, they agreed and replaced the belts the following day without any labor charge.
