Lydia is a breath of fresh air, makes you feel 100% at ease and is definitely a top tier expert in her occupation. I think I will be seeing her forever now because she has turned my life around 360! If you have any aches or pains that you’re taking tablets for or seeing a physio or just dealing with, I recommend you go and see her, immediately! :)

Honestly, I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Lydia explains everything in great detail and has taught me things about my posture and body that I never knew before. She is also incredibly kind and makes you feel completely comfortable. After 12 sessions, my posture is back to normal, my aches and pains have gone, and I’m sleeping so much better. Lydia is amazing at what she does. Ffion on reception also provides fantastic customer service and always makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone suffering with aches and pains. I only wish I had started years ago! I’ll definitely be continuing with monthly sessions.

j I cannot underestimate the difference I feel in myself having started regular treatment at Ora Chiropactic! I have suffered with an issue with my spine for 25 years and whilst I have visited other chiropractors previously I feel that only now, having treatment with Lydia, have I felt any significant difference not just in my mobility but also my sleep and my posture - I feel about 10 feet tall! Lydia explains everything and is so thorough and effective in making the adjustments I cannot recommend her enough. The practice is also in a great location and I’ve never ever had an issue with parking, very convenient ☺️

I resigned myself to living in constant pain thinking nothing could be done. The results so far are amazing & Lydia certainly knows her stuff! One further thing I’d like to mention is Lilly. Being a business man, I know how important it is to have a friendly face on the front desk & Lilly is terrific at that aspect! All in all, ORA are a terrific team. ❤️
