I have visited Lebauer Physical Therapy twice now. The first time was when I was a college athlete and struggled with back pain. It was constant and so painful. I did lots of treatments at school but nothing seemed to work. I called Lebauer PT looking for a sports massage but got something much better, a long term fix. They determined that certain muscles in my back were weak and tight and after going through their treatment process my back pain was gone, I was stronger, and I knew how to take preventative measures going forward to prevent future pain. Fast forward to now, I have been struggling with knee pain that has really affected my performance in the gym and day to day life. I tried to figure it out myself but after no progress remembered my trusty friends and decided to go visit Lebauer PT again. During my visit, we quickly discovered that certain muscles that were tight and weak were causing my knee pain. Not even in my knee! After finishing treatment I can complete workouts without knee pain and sit in awkward positions in my desk chair pain free. I am forever grateful that Lebauer PT offered a clear solution that wasn’t invasive, was practical, and one that saved me a long road of unnecessary pain. I highly recommend this business to anyone who has suffered from pain that they are ready to be free from!

Posting on behalf of my son….I was struggling with really bad shoulder and back pain, and Dr. LeBauer helped me a lot. He showed me exercises and stretches that you can’t really find online, and techniques like dry needling helped relieve a lot of my pain and tension.He is really responsive and makes you feel like he actually cares about helping you get better. I'm so happy that I found a very good physical therapist that's been helping me with the pain in my shoulder (s) I've been struggling for over a decade and lately got worse when I started lifting some weights and exercising a few times a week. The sharp pain popped up eventually and I started to loose mobility and strength. Interfering with my job, my mood and my willingness to keep training. After the very first session that sharp pain was disappearing! I couldn't believe it. Dr Lebauer knows exactly what he's doing. He explains everything, he shows you how to do the exercises . He teaches you what you need to do for your problem. I couldn't be more grateful for that! This is the place you MUST go to get you fixed! Each week has been better and better!

Dr LaBauer was such a great help to the pain I had and in only 3 visits!!! I came in with upper neck shoulder and back pain and I am glad to say thatalot of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing has greatly lifted. The homework will still need to be done but the HIGHLY recommend him instead of your traditional physical therapy.

As someone who lifts weights four times a week, I was frustrated when knee pain started hindering my mobility and my progress. For about 18 months, I dithered and rested, relying on my coaches' (excellent) modifications and a round of physical therapy at a clinic that will remain unnamed here while my pain persisted.Finally, I came to see Dr. LeBauer. Because he is himself a weightlifter (full disclosure: we attend the same program), he understands my context. He also checks in, asking thoughtful questions about current mobility and my goals and observing how my body moves. I can't lie and tell you that dry needling or some of the muscular releases are pleasant in the moment or even hours after treatment (Dr. LeBauer has tolerated some VERY impolite language from me), the relief that comes the next day has been incredible. In five weeks, my knee pain is largely gone and I'm back from not being able to do weighted squats at all to squatting and deadlifting more than I did pre-injury, to say nothing of going up and down stairs!In addition to being effective, Dr. LeBauer is unfailingly positive, responsive, and communicative. He checks in between sessions, sending me videos of the home exercises. My functional health has drastically improved, and I'm deeply appreciative.

Dr LeBauer was my last attempt to solve a nagging shoulder issue before considering surgery. Not only is the pain gone, but I have a range of motion I haven’t had since I was a teenager. Dr LeBauer honestly has been the epicenter of all my healing of shoulder pain and even a torn rotator cuff over the course of the last 10 years!!! He has been keeping my repetitive motion art form of being a professional drummer moving forward and kept me strong and flexible as well. Kristen and I are glad that we decided to seek assistance from Dr. LeBauer. After her surgery, we visited an office that didn't make us feel as if her care or our experience mattered. It was very transactional, embarrassing, and painful. When we attended Dr. LeBauer's practice, we both walked away that day, three weeks ago saying, this was a better fit for Kristen based on his techniques and strategies for helping Kristen get on her feet and begin to walk again. I went to LeBauer Physical Therapy for issues with my back. They were able to work with me and show me the correct way to do physical activities I was doing at the gym. Turns out I was doing my squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc all wrong. They were able to determine where in my back my pain was coming from and used their magical touch to work out my issues in my hip and back. I strongly recommend them. They will work with you until they have figured out where your pain is coming from and how to prevent it in the future!
