I was at Efes yesterday, and I must say I was delighted with their service and atmosphere. However, their food was way below my expectations. The staff were very friendly and polite, but I wouldn’t call this a traditional Turkish restaurant in the slightest. They have their own versions of Turkish dishes and add their own little touches; which in this case, wasn’t successful. The food was very under seasoned and unique. I assume they are trying to be more accommodating to the English folk of Cambridge. 😊 But please do not waste your time if you are looking for real Turkish cuisine. With all due respect, we still had a lovely time. Thank you Efes.
