Just got a tattoo from Celest did such an amazing job. Aside from being such an amazing and communicative artist she does an amazing job. She also cares about your comfortability. She’s and the rest of the shop employees are welcoming. I will be going back one because of the fact that she knows how to tattoo but they take affirm!!!!!!
