I brought my 9-year-old daughter in to get her ears pierced for the very first time, and we could not have asked for a better experience.Our piercer, Stevie, was an absolute gem. My daughter has a very low pain tolerance and was naturally feeling quite anxious, but Stevie was remarkably gentle, gracious, and patient from start to finish. Stevie took the time to explain every step, kept her calm, and handled the entire process with the utmost care and professionalism. Thanks to Stevie’s soothing demeanor, my daughter got through it smoothly and left with a huge smile on her face.On top of that, the aftercare instructions and follow-up support have been fantastic, making us feel completely supported throughout the healing process.
