I just want to warn anyone that might be thinking about joining D1 Training….DO NOT!!! I started bring my 2 girls there in June 2024. July we were told that new management was coming that following Monday. I show up Monday no one there lights off doors locked. No explanation try reaching out to D1 no response for about 2-3 weeks. Finally we get a call stating that their new management and they will be starting class back up and that we would have the weeks missed added to the end of the contract. Well everything was fine until December 12 when I get a text message telling me classes were canceled. I called and spoke with Corey and he stated that the facility was going to be closing for renovations. I already knew something was up. The space is small what more can they do to it. Well, he told me that we will be getting an email from corporate about what going on and that we will be getting refunds. I did receive an email from corporate that Sunday night telling me another lie about what they’re doing and how they plan to reopen in 6 weeks but that we were going to be getting a refund by the end of the week. That was December 15 and today is Jan 16 and I still have yet to receive anything from D1. I have sent emails with no response. I called the Frisco location which is were Corey from Firewheel D1 went to. He told me that refunds had been refunded, but after talking to some the other clients that also attended D1 Firewheel they have not yet received their refund either. I’ve reached out to corporate no response the number for corporate on the website for immediate assistance goes straight to voicemail. I really thought highly of D1 the trainers were all great. But, the owners they don’t care about us. They only care about lining their pockets.

Closed down without notice to customers but still charged membership fees, said we would receive refunds. still no refund almost a month later. Have called Frisco location who is supposed to be helping with this for weeks for updates and they say they will call back and never call back with an update.

Working out at D1 Firewheel felt like home. I got to make some really cool connections with the other clients and the coaches. The coaches helped me create a new lifestyle for myself with consistency, hard work, and motivation which in turn made my stressful day-to-day a lot smoother. Then, the rug was pulled from under us, the clients and coaches. And now because of upper management, we all lost that. It is very disappointing. They blinded sided us my closing abruptly and notified us that we would be getting a refund on our December membership. To date, January 2, 2025, almost a month later, I have not received said refund. I have emailed multiple times and called and have not received a response. Again, I am disappointed with how this was and is being handled. Understandably, things happen but having accountability and respect for your clients should be taken seriously.

Amazing staff and such a convenient location. All of the staff are so friendly and the workouts are no joke! I left every class exhausted and feeling so good! It’s also great to sort of build a circle of new friends as you start seeing the same people in your classes. 100% recommend D1 Garland.

We love, love, love D1 and the coaches!! My 2 boys (5 and 7) attend the rookie class and have so much fun. Coach Anna is great with them (and their high energy)! I also love that I get to workout while the boys are having fun. Coach Ashley and Coach Star are amazing! They even let my little join in and get some energy out! 100% recommend D1 Firewheel.

Love this place! The coaches are the best. Very positive and encouraging and upholding high standards. My girl is getting stronger and faster in the homeschool class which is at a great time for our family.

My kid is loving this place. Although there was a hiccup with trainers and lack of communication last week, it really has been great for my boy. He is excited to go to class and get better. Only complaint is that it is uncomfortable inside as airflow doesn’t appear to be happening. I do recommend though.

Brenden and his team helped keep my 13yr old son sport ready and increased his speed and power. Pleased with the results and he loves it as well.
