We used Andy for the purchase of our next home. The report we received wasn't ideal in terms of his findings of the property. The report itself was easy to read and very throughout, complete with financial implications which helped us renegotiate the purchase of the property. The report also gave us the maintenance issues which we can tackle when move in and given us ideas for what areas need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Highly recommend Andy!

Andy was awesome. He went out of his way to get me a quote during the weekend, and sent an example report with a YouTube video explaining the contents of the report. The report itself is incredibly detailed which is what we were looking for. Andy also happily took my phone calls and answered any “silly” question I came up with.Would highly recommend his service if you’re looking for an inspector who is thorough and a breeze to work with.I am comfortable I’m buying a great house.
