I have known Guy for a few years now. He first helped my parents find their first home upon moving to Ottawa as newlyweds.Fast forward to when I became an adult, Guy guided me in navigating the ins and outs, the pros and cons, and ultimately helping me find my first house which became my much beloved home for many years. He also helped my brother when he was ready to buy and most recently, Guy represented me and my husband when I sold my home, and when we bought our first house together. Needless to say that Guy has watched my parents’ family grow up!Guy has such great tact and carries himself with immense professionalism. We have worked with Romana and Guy for three transactions. In 2011 we bought our home with them, in 2012 we bought an investment property with them, and they helped us sell it in July 2019. We have had nothing but great experiences with Guy and Romana. Their advice was always spot on whether we were buyers or sellers. Romana was amazing to work with! She was recommended to us by a good friend and we are so happy with our decision! I met with Romana a year before we started looking and she gave me so much advice! As a young couple it was the first house we purchased and we were novices on all aspects of the real estate market. We were selling our condo and purchasing a new home and she was very passionate and gave us a lot of guidance. We sold our home in 4 days and found our new one quickly as well! Very happy and would recommend her to anyone!
