My wife and I were in the market for a screen for our large slider doors and our neighbor recommended Hybar. They gave them rave reviews on the product they sold and the quality of their workmanship.We decided to call them and it is was our turn. We had a meeting with them, let them know what we wanted and finalized on the install date.We were not surprised at their professionalism and making sure we knew what's going on each step of the way (the manufacturer had a delay and they called to let us know). During installation they informed us of the poorly installed doors (we unfortunately knew) and their team worked to make the screen install look seamless. We checked after the installation and it all looked good.After the installation, however, we discovered one magnet was not aligned correctly by the manufacturer and had to call them to service it. This is where we were pleasantly surprised. Hybar maintained their professionalism and worked very quickly to resolve this issue. This is where we have to call out Marlon! He was here for the initial installation and the service. Truly one of the best, if not the best vendor experience we've had.If you need any work done, we'd recommend give them a call, you'll be happy you did.

We extend our sincerest appreciation to Hy Bar Window and Doors for the fantastic job installing two French door sets at our home in Henderson. Unfortunately, our 18-year-old, builder-installed, French door sets developed dry rot and required replacement. We solicited several bids. Only Hybar could obtain doors that met our HOA requirements—paintable door frames, whereby we could paint the doors to match the house trim color. Their pricing was very competitive. However, more importantly, the entire Hybar staff worked hard to ensure we were completely satisfied with the installation. It would be unfair to single out one person by name, as everybody in this family-owned operation did a great job. My wife and I love our doors. Thank you Hy Bar.Ted

I just completed a major project with HyBar and I must say they performed admirably. From the initial meeting to the final project closeout, they exceeded my expectations (which are very high to start!). Their crew was on time, friendly, respectful of my house and cleaned up each night before they went home. Their craftsmanship and quality are exceptional. I highly recommend them for all your window and door needs. They are the best!

I’ve been waiting 3 months for my glass and these guys have just been giving me the run around d and promising to call me back but blowing me off. Please avoid these guys at all costs. I’m starting to think I was scammed out of my deposit.Update: they finally saw my review and admitted they did not order my glass until 2 days ago (it’s May and I ordered in march). They can’t install my glass for another few weeks and when I asked to just be refunded they refused. Jessica the so called manager who does not return calls and doesn’t know how to work a card machine to refund a customer who did not receive their product should be fired. For 3 days she was out of the office during business hours. She is argumentative and only has excuses not solutions. Please take your business elsewhere I’m begging you.Updated 2: They got my window and had Jordan come out and install. He had a make it right attitude and was able to replace my window with attention to detail. This final experience redeemed a few stars. I feel that most of the team gave 5 star customer service but I have to hold off on the final 2 stars due to lack of communication and Jessica’s poor attitude. To the rest of the Hybar staff who have been nothing but courteous and professional I thank you.

Hybar Windows and Doors did a great job with our project and I would highly recommend. We knocked down the wall leading out into our back yard and replaced the wall with two big sliding doors (154 in each).Xander gave us a fair and reasonable price compared to the other companies that we received quotes from. He also did a great job communicating with us through the sales and building process.The installation team also did a great job specifically Daniel and Broderic. They worked efficiently, got the job completed in 3 days and cleaned up after the job was complete.I'd highly recommend Hybar for your next project as they made this process very easy.
