Out of all the contractors I have worked with Medial is A+. We had to fill in an old, unsalvageable in-ground pool along with replacing some fencing.Top qualities besides workmanship is- Clear communication, contract outline was detailed, on time and brought his crew after 5 to see the project, able to work with us in delineating what we could do ourselves to save money. The site was left clean of any debris. Safety was also their priority for his team, and our property.As we were unable to be at the home for post construction inspection Calin was there which really helped us out.His quote was in the range of 2 other top contractors we interviewed. We chose Medial based on the communication re: project, answering questions, promptness in replies.The project went smoothly and we are overjoyed at the results! We have already asked them to look at a couple of other projects!

Medial's team did a full bathroom renovation project including removal of existing fixtures, shower, tiles, etc. They installed the new tub and toilet, retiled the tub surround, shower, and floor. They committed to a time schedule which except for a glitch with the tile company sending some wrong tile, they were able to keep. They were here promptly every day, were careful with the surrounding areas, and cleaned up when they were finished each day. They also did their best to minimize the disruptions in the rest of the condo.

Excellent company to work with from start to finish. Calin and his team installed an amazing dog fence that looks great and was built solid, and they also did a fantastic job repairing our windblown siding quickly and professionally. Honest, reliable, and high-quality workmanship — I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing exterior home repairs or fencing work. They do "big jobs" as well like basement finishing so we are keeping them in mind for that in the future.
