Local AC is an amazing company. From the office staff Frank and Chris, to the salesman Sal and the technician James who installed my unit. The customer service was incredible, I know all their names. In today’s fast world it’s nice to see such great service. And well my unit is wonderful. Plus they did not upsell me. I had a 5 ton unit and my house is to small for a 5 and installed a smaller unit and explained to me why I needed a smaller unit which I never knew. The worst experience ever!!! I purchased anew outside unit as well as an air handler in March of this year. I have had 12 repair visits since. My a/c is currently not working. A brand new unit shouldn’t need 12 repairs. Every time that I call for service I get the same guy who just play word games. I can’t get a name or number for anyone that can fix this problem. He just tells me that we will get someone when they are available. I checked their website and they say that they have 24 hour service but this is not true. I was told that they only operate during regular business hours. I want my money back so that I can get a reputable company to install a unit that works.

My daughter had a brand-new AC installed by this company, and within just two months it has already broken down multiple times. She has called repeatedly to get the issue resolved, but they rarely follow through on their promises to call back. The manager, Sal, does not answer phone calls or text messages, and it seems like there is no communication within the company. The management is very poor, and the service has been extremely frustrating. Do not do business with them unless you want a constant headache. My daughter should not have to waste more of her time—we want our money back.

First time leaving a 1-star review. We had a brand new AC installed in my rental just two months ago, and it has already broken down multiple times. Ac broke again this week, My manager and I called in the morning and were promised a call back, but no one followed up until I escalated the issue myself.Because of the delays, I had to hire another AC company to inspect their work. They confirmed that the blower motor was already dead. I finally got manager on the line, was also promised that a technician would arrive first thing this morning, but they didn’t show up until late at night—leaving my tenants to suffer in extreme heat all day.On top of that, their AC unit has caused my breaker to burn out twice, which was never an issue before this installation. To this day, I still haven’t received a proper explanation from them of the root cause or how they plan to fix it. I have to ask ChatGPT. BUYERS BE AWAREExtremely disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I had already made up my mind to go with a different company to replaced my AC unit at my home, but I was browsing on Facebook and so local AC with a system called the inverter system, which carries 2 fans. It piqued my curiosity, so I started an application and stopped then received a call from the company. I spoke to someone but I was also at work in the middle of something, so I told that representative, I would give him a call back later that day. I received a call from the company by the name of Alex, he didn't give me his name but we spoke about the Ac unit and I told him I made up my mind on using a different company. And he said he could beat the prices. I'm like, really. So once he said that, I decided to give him a chance, he sent his representative over to the house. They took some picture and gave me some prizes. So I did return the call to the company and ask for the manager,Somebody else came on the phone. It was not Alex, but I didn't let him know I had already spokem to the owner of the company whose name is Alex and I didn't mention. that I already did a Yelp and Google . Anyway, long story short, this local AC company, has great pricing they sent a guy over today August 04th to do the installation. After two weeks of no Ac i can safely say my AC is back up and running. Alex, the owner of the company did stood up to his word and dideverything like he said he would. l give Local AC a 5 star review if you are looking to replace your AC give them a call. My AC went the way of the dearly departed. So after contacting some repair specialists around town I contacted Local A/C to discuss the installation of a new A/C. Kelvin, one there Comfort Specialist arrived as scheduled. He was super knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I elected to proceed with the purchase. Kelvin and Christian. the Office Manager answered all my questions and were super responsive. Two days later, the installation was underway!!! Juio's teams was prompt, tidy and completed the install without a hitch. I can't say enough about these guys. Excellent company to do business with. If you're looking for responsible, customer oriented HVAC company, give these guys a call.
