Without his help im not sure it would have been possible to keep our dog. He has gone above and beyond, putting in countless hours and days with our STUBBORN dog. We recently put our dog through a 10 day board and train with Ryan and his trainer Jared. During the board and train we loved that we got several pictures and video updates throughout the program and really appreciated how well he communicated our dogs progress while he was away. It was also nice to see how much they both went out of their way to accommodate our dogs specific needs, such as making a special place board just for our dog because his sit was so sloppy. After the board and train, Ryan made sure we as owners were ready to succeed and made sure we were sent home with realistic fundamental techniques to use and practice with until our follow-up sessions. Our frustrations and concerns that we went to Ryan with before the board and train are significantly less and our dog is showing major progress in areas we never thought would be possible. My husband and I are expecting our first child in the next month and Ryan has given us a piece of mind knowing that we will always have an invaluable resource and mentor to help guide our needs with our dog no matter the circumstances or changes. Quickly, I realized that I would need a professional's help to make this big strong baby a dog that I could handle. I called around to at least a dozen different trainers all over southeast Michigan and weighed the pros and cons of each. I also was undecided about whether or not to do a board and train program because frankly, I'm not made of money. The one I finally decided to invest in was a business close to my home with a trainer that spent well over an hour on the phone with me talking about my dog's issues before I even paid him a dime. I mentioned that I had no idea how our new dog would react to Ryan, who assured me that he's worked with numerous dogs who wanted to eat his face off and was completely unfazed. He promised he'd be able to help me. My boyfriend and I ultimately ended up signing two of our three pit bulls up for what we affectionately called "summer camp" with Ryan at Delta Elite K9. The programs were worth every penny. Our new male adoptee spent 12 days working with Ryan and our 9-month old female "puppy" did a 5 day program. Our puppy was pretty good with the basics before sending her to Ryan but she was utterly embarrassing when we took her in public and required some socialization training (she's never been mean but she likes to announce to the world that she's there). Now I can handle her confidently when she's barking at strangers and using my ecollar, I can focus her attention back to me. As far as our newest pup, he's even better behaved than his "sister" and listens so well to my boyfriend and I, even though he's only been living with us for three weeks. Though I'm sure each package differs, my board and train packages came with some private lessons, ecollars, and group classes. I guarantee you can't find a better deal (believe me, I did a LOT of research and I wouldn't leave my dogs with just anyone). Ryan further confirmed my belief that there are NO BAD DOGS. If you're on the fence about one of his programs, do yourself a favor and sign your dog up. Ryan is extremely professional and will answer any calls/texts/emails, even after you've finished your package. Lastly, I have NEVER and would never in a million years rehome/shelter one of my animals, however if you are considering "get rid of" one of your doggos, I urge you to reach out to a professional (*cough cough* Ryan). He can and will change your life. Less

Ryan is VERY knowledgeable and confident in his abilities to train even the most stubborn dog, you can tell he loves what he does! Brew has gone from an anxious squirrel chasing, chicken killing, table scrap begging, couch destroying monster into an eager to please, confident and calm, obedient dog. Bernie became very stubborn about coming back inside in the morning when I would be trying to make it out of the door for work. It got to the point I had to put her on a leash for her morning routine and walk her around our backyard. She was no longer able to play and run off that morning energy before work because of the leash. At that point I had little patience left, this had been going on for too long and something needed to change. I decided to send Bernie to a 5 day board and train with Ryan. I’m very happy to say that our morning routine is no longer something that I dread. Bernie gets to go out without her leash now and the best part is that stubbornness is a thing of the past. As soon as I call her to come back to the house she does so without hesitation. While with Ryan she learned to heal, sit, lay down, and to stay even with multiple distractions around. It can be very nerve racking leaving your fur baby with someone but Ryan put our minds at ease by sending daily videos of our big girl. He even her like a member of his own family by letting her lay in her bed while they sat around and relaxed in their living room. Ryan spent time with me as well to show me what areas I needed to improve and what habits were not helpful to Bernie’s obedience.
