The dynamic movements not only build functional strength, endurance, and flexibility but also sharpen focus and discipline, reducing stress in ways that carry into daily life—at work, at home, everywhere. After a year of dedicated practice, I’ve also experienced relief from the back and tailbone pain lingering from an injury seven years ago. Beyond pain relief, I have a big part of my life back in regaining the capability to be active with the kids, and of course the wife. Enjoying time together without the back pain holding me back.
I am immensely grateful for the Kung Fu I've learned so far and eagerly anticipate deepening my practice. The journey continues, and I can't wait for what's to come.
