About a year ago, my family and I had to find a place to live. We were very concerned and didn’t know where to start to find our new home. I started searching around for help and thankfully, we stumbled upon Gayle Sfreddo. I thought there would be this long drawn out process based off of what I’ve heard over the years in terms of buying or renting a home. Turns out, I was wrong! From the first phone call to the signing of lease documents, Gayle made our lives so easy. The process was incredibly stress free! She handled everything and was even able to get us a very good/fair monthly payment after we told her what we could afford. Anytime we ever have small issues with the house, Gayle takes care of it within a few days. There has never been a time where I reached out to Gayle and she didn’t respond within an hour. When I was a very young man, about a decade ago, I made immature mistakes that ultimately resulted in me having a criminal record. It was never violent, predatory or larceny related charges but nonetheless it still has affected my life when it comes to renting. A year ago, I found out that I was going to become a father. At the time, I rented a room out of a condo but I knew I’d need to find a house for my girlfriend and son to grow into. Mind you, I had been denied on an application for renting a house due to that specific owners discretion prior to the time I met Gayle.I reached out to Gayle after discovering who she is as a Realtor and explained the situation. I inquired about a house that she was in charge of as a realtor. She was very nice, honest and purely professional. She told me that she’d get back with me and that she had to make several calls. At the time I wasn’t very optimistic but Gayle kind of gave me hope in a way and told me that she’d see what she could do…Well, she in fact, did what she could do and made it happen. She absolutely went above and beyond to help my family and I. She vouched for me with not only the property owner, but also the neighbors who I’m happy to say, are now friends of mine! If we have any issues with the house, Gayle is quickly responsive and always takes care of the issues in a timely manner. Fast forward to today, my one month old son now has his own room, I have an office to run my growing small business and my family has a house to grow and prosper in. None of this would’ve ever been possible if it wasn’t for Gayle Sfreddo and I will never, ever use another realtor for the rest of my life!I am so grateful that I got in touch with Gayle that Saturday morning that I did. I suggest to anybody that’s in the market for buying/selling/renting a house, that they hire Gayle Sfreddo because it’s really more than just a job to her. Gayle was exceptional as our realtor. We had a loved one die and the family needed help in selling their home. Gayle layed out all of our options and guided us through selecting the right one for us. We chose the home auction route and the whole process took less then 1 month from the time it went up for auction to closing. She even braved a winter storm to show a perspective buyer the home. We would definitely use her in the future.

GG was amazing! Selling my rental property from afar was not something I could have handled without her. She was patient and understanding; with me and the tenants that were in the property. We needed an agent to help us sell our condo, a second home, and we knew no agents. We also didn't live there full-time. My husband met Gayle long enough one day to get a business card. When I called her and we met, I loved her. I really appreciated how conservative she was regarding what we should do to improve the condo (no new carpets--just clean them, no need to paint the whole unit--touch ups would be great, no staging necessary), she went through the entire selling process with me, she was very detail oriented, she was very calm explaining things we didn't understand, she was always on time and she was VERY helpful meeting folks there when we couldn't. It took only 13 days to sell which I'm sure had to do with her excellent and wide advertising, her professionalism and her ability to answer or research questions that came up from potential buyers and other agents. I recommend Gayle very highly. Over the years we've bought and sold a lot of property. We felt Gayle was the best agent we'd ever worked with.
