Sam was exactly what I needed as a physio. Consistent support throughout the week as he was available through WhatsApp this meant I could ask questions when symptoms flared and not a week later at an appointment. Sam is a clear tendon expert and got me to try more exercises at the correct speed. Before I was going too slow and then too quick.Most importantly super nice guy that listens to my anxieties.Hope the tendon keeps going well!

What can I say about Sam. I first came across him on Instagram last Aug and I was really interested in his approach and content online. After I reached out to him we had a chat and the rest is history. I worked with Sam for a year from the initially stages of rehabbing an ITB knee injury obtained from running to getting me back to running injury free and coaching me back to half marathon distance pain free. It has been a pleasure and so great to see my improvement through strength work that he set out for me. There has been weekly check ins, personalised PT and running programmes that have been adapted and personalised to suit my needs and abilities. It has been fantastic working with you Sam. He was also a great support when I recieved a health diagnosis that I was not expecting but supporting me through that also has meant to world to me. He is so hard working and an excellent caring physio which is what you want. His programme works and I 100% recommend for anyone with a running injury looking to going to the root of the problem and building strength from the ground up.

I have had physio for a back problem previously with mixed results. However, the sessions I have had with Mica have been great and my strength and mobility are the best they have been for 10 years. Thanks for all your help

Jack quickly identified the cause of the ankle pain that I was experiencing that was preventing me from running. He gave me exercises to strengthen the tendon over five weeks and three face to face sessions and this allowed me to return to pain free running. I would definitely recommend Jack for physio treatment.

For anyone on a fitness journey, injury is the last thing you want. Three months out from my first Hyrox event, with only one month of training under my belt, I injured my knee. I had eight weeks to go from significant pain to crossing that finish line.I signed up to Sam’s program knowing I needed to give myself the best possible shot. His professionalism and specialist knowledge were immediately clear — but my one concern was time. Would we have enough of it?The program was mapped out from day one. Progress was slow at first and, honestly, frustrating — all I wanted to do was run. But week by week things improved, and about three weeks out Sam cleared me to start running again, carefully and in stages. I went into the event undertrained by any normal standard, but with a knee that had been properly rehabbed to the point where I could run short intervals pain-free.I completed the event pain-free. That felt like a miracle.The biggest lesson I took from this process was to trust Sam and trust the process. Every week I wanted to push harder, and every week Sam held me back — with clear reasoning each time. I understand now why these things have to be built slowly. Rush it and you undo everything.Beyond the program itself, Sam has been available for advice and support whenever I’ve needed it. I can’t recommend him highly enough — whether you’re dealing with a running injury, a knee problem, or trying to rehab in time for a specific event. This man knows his stuff.It won’t be my last visit I’m sure, but hopefully the gap until the next one is a long one.
