This was my first visit to an Ayurvedic clinic, and it was wonderful! The reception staff provided clear explanations and were very welcoming. Dr. Ganesh’s consultation was both enjoyable and insightful.Therapist Aswathy’s full-body massage with just the right amount of pressure released tension throughout my entire body. Shirodhara cleared my mind of all distractions and I could feel my brain truly relaxing.I will definitely be back!

アビヤンガ、キリ、シロダーラの施術を受けました。特に眉間にオイルを垂らすシロダーラがとっても気持ちよく、脳や目の奥までリラックスできた感覚でした。ドクターや女性施術師の方に丁寧に対応していただけて、会話も楽しかったです◎個別のトイレやシャワー（シャンプー・ボディソープあり）を使うこともできました。アーユルヴェーダに興味がある人のファーストステップにも良さそうです！

The therapists at the clinic are very well trained in traditional ayurvedic medicine, the massage was amazing and really helped with my sciatic pain. The doctor was very knowledgable and offered good advice. I recommend Samkkya if you are seeking traditional medicine. Rik from Australia

ヨガ、アーユルヴェーダを勉強中の日本人です。マレーシアには、アーユルヴェーダクリニックがたくさんあるので行ってきました！●ドーシャ診断ではヴァータカパとなり、詳しめの資料もいただくことができました。上位2つのドーシャに対するfoods choice一覧があるのでとても生活に取り入れやすいアドバイスだと思います。●アビヤンガ、非常に気持ちよかったです！自分でしてるよりも頭皮はオイルを擦り込むし、身体もグイグイ押される、自分では絶対できないケアでした。●オーナーの人柄もよく大変勇気づけられました。ひっきりなしに人が訪問していることからもすごーく信頼されている医院みたいでした。日本にももっと浸透して、金額的にも距離的にも通いやすくなればいいですよね〜。また行きたいと思います！※whatsappというラインみたいなアプリでやり取りあるかもなので、ダウンロードされておいたほうがよいです。

I went to Samkkya for a preventive consultation — just to learn more about preventive care and general well-being — and it was absolutely wonderful. I was very well taken care of by everyone: the doctors, the assistants, everyone was extremely kind and professional. I even had the opportunity to meet the owner of the clinic, who took the time to explain everything to me and how the clinic works. It was my first contact with Ayurvedic medicine, and it couldn’t have been better. I left with a new perspective on my lifestyle and even started to make changes to my daily routine and diet. For anyone who’s never been to a place like this before, it was truly an amazing experience.
