We hired GDG about 3 months ago and are blown away and how great they have been. A lot of people say they can be a media company but what stands out to me most to me is how organized they are. As a business owner running several companies they value myself and my teams time and all of our meetings are well prepped and to the point. We accomplish a lot in short amounts of time and the outcome is exceptional. We are looking forward to a long relationship with the GDG team

My experience with this service was very disappointing. I would not recommend it for lead generation services.I initially agreed to a three-month lead generation campaign at $1,000 per month and paid $1,000 for the first month. However, due to the overall experience and what I perceived as a lack of quality and professionalism during the setup and management of the campaign, I decided to cancel the service after the first month.A significant portion of the campaign time appeared to be affected by setup issues. The campaign had to be redone approximately two weeks after the initial setup, which meant that a large part of the first month was spent correcting the configuration rather than running the campaign properly.Another point that I personally found unusual is that payment was requested before I received the contract, which was only provided afterward. Only then did I realize that the contract states: “All payments made under the Media Services Contract are final and non-refundable.”Transparency was also limited. Clients do not appear to have access to a portal or dashboard to monitor campaign performance directly. In my case, the only way results were shared was through screen sharing during calls. From what I understood, the campaign appeared to be run using tools such as Instantly.ai, but there was no direct reporting interface available to the client.The campaign ultimately generated no leads during the service period, and when I raised concerns about the time lost due to the setup issues, no extension of the campaign or alternative solution was offered.I understand that marketing campaigns cannot guarantee leads. However, in my opinion, clients should at least expect a proper setup from the start, transparent reporting, and a clear process before payment is requested.I am open to updating this review if the company is willing to acknowledge the issues and propose a fair solution.

GDG oversold and undelivered on their ability to market recruiting companies. Per other reviews, they might do well with advertising and creating websites for other types of companies - but their approach to helping my recruiting company fell short every step of the way. Zero strategy was provided, I basically had to run my own update calls as team did not come prepared to discuss anything of value. I pointed out that they were not providing services outlined in my contract and they did not apologize or try to make it right - they instead provided false information and when I asked for proof they could not provide. When I complained, they just canceled services - did not even offer money back or apologize. If you are a recruiting company I would highly recommend not wasting your time or money on GDG services.
