I have done hypnotherapy with Jeanine over the course of three sessions. I was a massive skeptic in the beginning and was having some trouble overcoming some things that I was struggling with personally. Jeanine helped me feel comfortable enough to let go and explore the range of emotions that I needed to process. Her voice, her inflections, her visual cues, her direction, and her insight all lead to me finding peace and uncovering what I need to work and focus on most. Jeanine Tripodi is a colleague of sorts, but more recently has become a good friend of mine. She's SO supportive and warm-hearted. I met Jeanine a few years ago for my first Reiki session. I wasn't very familiar with what Reiki is back then, but I can say I was absolutely blown away by how intuitive Jeanine is. During our session there were things that were said and discovered that lead me to understand that I needed to work on finding my voice and stop repressing my emotions or feelings "for the better good" of everyone else. It took time and work but I'm so much better for it now. Thinking back on that experience, I believe she coached me in a way that was impactful and effective during a reiki session. She is genuine, real, and made me feel at ease even though I wasn't comfortable being vulnerable at the time. I would absolutely recommend her.

My experience with Jeanine as my Transitional Life Coach was amazing. Not only is she warm and kind, but she always helped me stay on task during our calls.
