I hired Pender to move all the belongings from my father's apartment, who had just passed. From start to finish, they were very courteous and professional. Shannon pays great attention to detail to set your move up for success.The movers took great care in properly wrapping and protecting each item, and we're very thoughtful and considerate. It took all day, but if you want it done right, these are the folks to do it. Thank you, Pender, for making a very difficult time a little less stressful.

Excellent and friendly service. The guys moved a chest supported T-Bar row from my garage to the bottom floor. I had built this thing and I had a mental block in personally taking it apart and hauling it to another space. The team worked well and were able to quickly get the job done. Good communication from Sharon. I'd be happy to use their services again.

We did not have a great experience with this company and our most recent move. We move a lot and have had a few bad experiences and a few good ones. The good company was not available this time and we settled for Pender. The movers arrived late and it got worse from there. The did not move with any urgency and lots of our items got scratched as they were unwrapping the furniture. We have 4 scratched items and a cracked TV screen now. We have not received compensation from the owner and have come to a dead end with any communication. We would like this resolved if we can get some type of compensation as the TV was purchased this year for a good amount of money. I would not reccomend this company !!
