Dr. Lauren Kirk was essential in helping me with my pelvic floor and diastasis recti issues. She helped me heal from almost a 4 finger gap to a 1 finger gap! My diastasis recti was causing me pain from normal everyday functions like sitting at a desk and cleaning the house, and Dr. Kirk helped me work through each issue, talking through holistic changes like diet and lifestyle changes. She will help you work through your goals and give you the care and exercises you need to get better. I cannot recommend her enough!
