If I could give zero stars, I would. Our building was completed end of May & our concrete is already cracked, we have holes in our roof and have already had to get the garage doors repaired. Do yourself a favor & do not use this company!!

To expand on my earlier reviewWe signed the contract in May of 2025. The building was delivered on July 2nd and all the materials were left laying on the ground for 65+ days. The build was finalized in February of 2026. Communication with alex, he blamed everything on the county for him not being license in sedgwick county. This is after we were assured that he did have a contractor license. When the build permit finally showed up it had a totally different contractors name on it.So, once again as stated by others do your research.My Other review on Facebook have been removed as well as others. I have been blocked from any communication with him as well.

My review was taken down on Facebook, of course I have receipts.If you want to be gaslit, ignored, left on read, or convinced that every single thing that went wrong is an “act of God” and not Alex’s (the owner) fault, go ahead and hire Triple A.Our project timeline was from January 26 to June 11 when we finally agreed to a $1000 total discount due to unresolved repairs. Alex claims it took so long due to the weather. Oddly enough it was one of the drier winters and early spring’s on record.If you have anything special you want done in your building project, they will promise they can do it, bill you for it, and fail spectacularly.I have made a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Building materials were deliver in January, building was supposed to be finished in about a month’s time span… they didn’t touch the materials for over a month. They came out and drilled post holes and then left for another month. Then came and set posts and disappeared again… it took until June before I gave up on them getting everything done and decided to finish it myself. The list of lies and excuses we were fed about why there were issues with the building is so long I don’t know where to start. The main issue I have is they didn’t pack a single post in and every time it rains I have to go find dirt to repack them. Eventually the concrete around the posts will fail due to not having a good base under them. Every one of the sub contractors they used did sub par work. Alex had 1000 excuses as to why no one would show up to work but he himself was only at the job site 1 time for about 30 minutes… do your research they shut off their reviews on Facebook because they were all negative! They will comment on this review about reaching out to make it right but in reality they just block you… I wish I could leave zero stars!

I would highly suggest not using this company for any building of any type. Ordered my building in October and was supposed to be finished by December. Didn’t get finished till April. 3 different build crews worked on my building.Had lots of issues, communication is terrible, poor workmanship. Building is still far from right in my opinion. Had to buy some materials myself as crews showed up without materials. Also had to use my ladder as they didn’t even have a tall enough ladder to get onto the building. Definitely do your research on who builds your building, wish I would have done a better job before settling with them. Message me for more details, I have tons of pictures of bad workmanship…
