I joined using the 6 week trial back in May 2026. I enjoyed it straight away and signed up as ongoing membership. The coaches are all great and encouraging! I like the small groups and focused guided training. I joined to concentrate on strength and bone density. I go to the Newport Pagnell branch.

Great, well equipped gym. Staff are excellent. Sessions are tailored to my needs perfectly. I’m getting fitter and stronger as time passes and I’ve just signed up for a further six months. I would recommend this gym

Such lovely people that attend the classes as well as the coaches. They inspire and motivate me. Love this place
