Dane and Michelle handled our buying experience with great respect for our time, work schedules and availability. (and that's a whole other task in and of itself with us). What stands out about them as a team, is the balance they strike. Michelle reads people really well. She knows when to hang back, when to step up, what to say and how to say it. Dane is definitely the person you want in the ring, if required. (Yes, he’s also quite diplomatic) We could see that they both understand that buying a house is a REALLY big deal. I think some agents lose that perspective because it’s part of their every day. Dane and Michelle treated every question we had with patience, quickness and clarity. And believe me, that matters, because this ISN’T a part of our every day, and I’m sure it showed! They both possess strong work ethics and the needed finesse, but the thing is, they bring a whole other level of experience to the real estate process that we didn’t even know existed. Use them. Michelle and Dane were fantastic at explaining the entire purchasing process.
