I was a first time buyer in May of 2024 and didn’t know much about the process.Dane and Michelle were very patient as I was somewhat picky with what I was after. Upon finding right home, they set me up with the most knowledgeable strategy to produce a winning offer. I have since thoroughly enjoyed the home.Along the whole process, both Dane and Michelle were very communicative and gave me any information I requested (that was available of course). They also educated me on things that were unclear. Especially during the showings, the Johnston team is very honest about what to look for regarding utilities and condition. I did not feel uncomfortable about any decisions.Even after purchasing, I was given a huge amount of advice on things to keep an eye on and fix, or remodel for better value, etc.I used a VA Loan and both Dane and Michelle are very up to date with the requirements needed to be met.
