Initially, everything seemed promising, but the two women assigned to clean my home didn't complete the job. I had scheduled a deep cleaning and emphasized to Alfredo and one of the cleaners that I wanted my baseboards cleaned thoroughly. As I work from home, I stayed in the basement during the cleaning. Upon going upstairs to check later, I found that they had already left. While most of my home was cleaned, I noticed a significant amount of dirt remained on my baseboards, the front door wasn't wiped, the grout in my bathroom was still dirty, my table legs were dirty, and my barstools and chairs were dusty. I didn't receive a walkthrough or any notice of their departure. Upon contacting their office to inquire about a return visit, I was told a lie – they claimed to have cleaned all the baseboards, called to notify me they were done, and said I had responded, indicating I'd be upstairs in 10 minutes. None of this had happened. I was frustrated by the dishonesty. I requested a partial refund or for them to send someone else to complete the job, but they didn't offer either option. I did not want the two individuals back in my home. Considering the substantial amount I paid for their service and the fact that I chose them based on my employer's recommendation, this experience was disappointing. While I understand mistakes can happen, I'm not comfortable with the dishonesty involved. Such behavior is unethical and unprofessional. Due to this, I cannot recommend this company. Less

Although I don't normally leave reviews, I had to comment on how happy we are with the results of the “Deep Cleaning” by Anita. We are so pleased with how well she cleaned our house and we will definitely request her again! The 'deep cleaning' is just what we needed for a thorough spring cleaning and the additional add on for inside oven and fridge plus inside cabinets left our house gleaming.... More

Rose on their support team was extremely helpful and friendly, offering to schedule a re-clean for me the very next day. She scheduled my next cleaning with Crystal who did an impeccable job. I'm fairly reasonable about what I expect out of a cleaning: of course people are going to miss a little bit of dust in a small corner, or a tiny streak on a window, but not Crystal. She literally left nothing unturned -- the place was spotless. I'm a big fan of solid customer support and am glad I gave Clean Corp another chance. Less
