I rarely write negative reviews, but I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received from Clean Corp. Initially, everything seemed promising, but the two women assigned to clean my home didn't complete the job. I had scheduled a deep cleaning and emphasized to Alfredo and one of the cleaners that I wanted my baseboards cleaned thoroughly. As I work from home, I stayed in the basement during the cleaning. Upon going upstairs to check later, I found that they had already left. While most of my home was cleaned, I noticed a significant amount of dirt remained on my baseboards, the front door wasn't wiped, the grout in my bathroom was still dirty, my table legs were dirty, and my barstools and chairs were dusty. I didn't receive a walkthrough or any notice of their departure. Upon contacting their office to inquire about a return visit, I was told a lie – they claimed to have cleaned all the baseboards, called to notify me they were done, and said I had responded, indicating I'd be upstairs in 10 minutes. None of this had happened. I was frustrated by the dishonesty. I requested a partial refund or for them to send someone else to complete the job, but they didn't offer either option. I did not want the two individuals back in my home. Considering the substantial amount I paid for their service and the fact that I chose them based on my employer's recommendation, this experience was disappointing. While I understand mistakes can happen, I'm not comfortable with the dishonesty involved. Such behavior is unethical and unprofessional. Due to this, I cannot recommend this company. Less

I called and reiterated the fact that the house was like a HOARDING house even AFTER she quoted me an original price of $270 including trash removal and decluttering. They arrived an entire hour late, called n said they needed more money claiming I had animals n that the work was too extensive (again, I said HOARDING HOUSE, so they should’ve known the amount of work was extensive that’s why I also requested 3 people. Nonetheless I paid an extra $150 (they tried for $200) and was assured that they would complete the job and that I would be satisfied. I was told I would get a call when they were finished. I never got a call. Arrived around almost 7 to about 8 bags of trash piled high in front of my door. The kitchen left less than clean. They put dirty dishes in a filthy dishwasher, did not mop, left counters dirty, same with the tub in the bathroom, and they didn’t even touch the master bedrooom which I specified was the one that needed the most work! This company not only threw away Mail that included a check, they threw away my tv equipment, clothes, shoes, seasonings. So many things were wrong and I called twice, clearly angry, and was told I’d get a call back. Tried to call again before they closed (I called at 5 once I never got a call back since 2) and discovered they blocked my number! DOMT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Less

They didn’t miss a spot from cleaning the base boards, windows, shower doors to the ceiling fans. He said it was well worth the cost. They were also the best price around cause I shopped it out.... I'm fairly reasonable about what I expect out of a cleaning: of course people are going to miss a little bit of dust in a small corner, or a tiny streak on a window, but not Crystal.
