Ramin was fantastic. Our kitchen faucet started leaking on a Sunday night, and he was able to come out the same evening and take care of it right away. He installed a new faucet for us and made sure everything was working perfectly. He also helped fix our garbage disposal when it got stuck, which we really appreciated.He was quick, efficient, and very friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on so we could understand the issue. Communication was clear the whole time, and he made a stressful situation feel much easier.There was also a delay with payment from our landlord, and Ramin was very patient and professional even though he had to follow up multiple times. Ramin did a full repipe of my bathroom and kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. Even when some added complexity came up mid-job, there were no surprise charges or timeline changes. When I decided to tack on one more item after the initial job was done, he offered to come back the very next morning (a Saturday!) to take care of it.Ramin takes genuine pride in his work. Ra helped me replace the water heater on the same day to fix a water leak issue in my house. He quickly hauled away the old water heater and installed a new one. He even helped me to get some fans from homedepot to dry out my floor. He’s very responsive during the process and get the job done quickly. I would highly recommend him to others!
