Ramin was fantastic. Our kitchen faucet started leaking on a Sunday night, and he was able to come out the same evening and take care of it right away. He installed a new faucet for us and made sure everything was working perfectly. He also helped fix our garbage disposal when it got stuck, which we really appreciated.He was quick, efficient, and very friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on so we could understand the issue. Communication was clear the whole time, and he made a stressful situation feel much easier.There was also a delay with payment from our landlord, and Ramin was very patient and professional even though he had to follow up multiple times.
