I can’t recommend Kaitlyn enough if you are in need of a running coach! I just completed the NYC Marathon, which was my first marathon ever. She built my training plan specific to my needs and abilities. She also helped me build endurance and increase mileage safely, as I was getting back into running after an injury. I was able to finish the race strong and enjoyed every minute. Kaitlyn was also incredibly flexible, adjusting my workouts when life got busy or my body needed extra recovery. Finally, Kait always had a positive attitude and kept me sane through the 20 week training cycle!

I had a great experience with Empower U and with Jake. There was always a friendly welcome when arriving and the facility is clean and modern. Jake is not only knowledgeable with treatment but he is really easy to talk to and a kind individual. Jake was able to help me improve my back with the goal of getting better by not needing to do year round treatment, and I appreciate that philosophy.

Jake has done an amazing job throughout my baseball career. Whether it has been minor arm issues or more serious issues, he has helped me to recover and get back to pitching. Would definitely recommend Jake and Empower U to any anyone that is looking to get back to full health.
