If i could give 10 stars i would. Patience is conscientious, patient (so she has the right name), has great attention to detail and is very helpful and accommodating. She cleans my kitchen, bathroom and living room spotlessly every 2 weeks and I feel a sense of relief every time she leaves. She's a diamond and I highly recommend her.

Patience and her team deep-cleaned our house recently and did a fantastic job - her attention to detail is incredible! Every surface and object was shining, paintwork spotless, cupboards emptied and cleaned - a week later and it still looks fabulous. I was recommended and introduced to Patience due to her reputation. Our first requirement was to clean a changing room and canteen on a building site. We had been installing underground drainage on a very muddy site in the January rains. You can imagine how plastered in mud the facilities were. Up the walls and everything. I kindly advised Patience that she doesn't need to be too particular and make it spotless due to it's very nature, but alas that didn't work as I soon found out that's not in her DNA. It was cleaned to the same standard that a mansion in Kensington would be. I was absolutely blown away. Patience's attention to detail was like no other - there was no 'that's good enough' or 'get in and get out' attitude here like there is with so many other cleaners (even though that's what I asked for)! Patience has a fantastic personality too so was a pleasure to deal with start to finish, friendly and courteous and went above and beyond, an absolutely rare find these days. What a professional - this business will be going to good places
