We had an excellent experience with Brian and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and thorough home inspector. He completed the inspection on the home we are purchasing and was extremely comprehensive and professional throughout the entire process.Brian clearly knows what he is looking for and took the time to carefully evaluate the property rather than simply going through the motions. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us a much better understanding of the home we are buying and made us feel that we had the information we needed to move forward with our purchase.We were also very impressed that Brian provided our complete inspection report the same day. The report was detailed, well organized, and easy to understand, which was especially valuable when reviewing all of the information that comes with purchasing a home.In addition to the traditional home inspection, Brian performed a sewer scope and an energy audit. Those reports provided additional information about the property that we would not have received from a standard home inspection and made the overall inspection much more comprehensive.We would absolutely use Brian again and highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.

I don't think my review can do this company and most importantly Brian any justice. He is truly a blessing! I'd recommend him 1000000x over. This is our first home, and we almost didn't do the pre-dry wall inspection (new construction townhome) and I'm so glad we did!!!! I couldn't be more grateful. Brian is so thoughtful, quick to reply, and gets you your report the same day within an hour or two. As soon as we got our report back, I sent it to our project managers, and they addressed the issue right away. I can't wait to have Brian back to do our final walk-through home inspection. HE IS THE BEST IN NJ/PA AREA please please book him. I usually never leave reviews, but I was compelled to because the service was just so great. I'm so grateful. I also forgot to mention he used a drone to inspect our roof (I'm FLOORED) I didn't know what to expect but I'm so glad I came across this company and Brian. 10/10 SERVICE!!
