I was frustrated as I hit a plateau after knee replacement surgery with my flexion as I was stuck at 115 degrees. Dr. Camaron used dry needling to loosen up some old scare tissue from a prior surgery and I achieved 121 degrees. Elevated PT is an excellent source of wellness. My back pain and tension are much improved. My physical therapist, Cameron, is very knowledgeable, and is exploring other ways to address my physical problems, which are numerous. She also has shown we how to best use a cane and my new rollator. She is very clear and doesn’t overwhelm me with instructions! The exercises she suggests are definitely doable.

Virtual appointments with Dr.Christina were wonderful. I did 4 months of virtual appointments to rehabilitate an overuse injury in my foot, and I just had the first week of pain free weightlifting and even a night of pain free dancing--I have had chronic pain in my foot for over a year. I even saw a podiatrist, who basically told me the only way to fix it was to stop dancing and wear supportive shoes. I refused to believe that I had to give up something I love, so I looked for a PT that would help me understand my problem and actually help me fix it. Dr.Christina actually cared about me being able to stay active and listened to every issue to help.

Dr Christina is amazing. She helped me recover this year from an injury to my MCL and a separate injury to my C5-C6 on my neck. She developed a solid routine for me to get better and was very engaged with the proper technique for each move. This concierge PT service is wonderful. The therapist treats you in your home and the entire time allocated is spent with the therapist. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Elevated PT and especially Camaron. I endured three surgeries in a three month time span culminating with a total hip replacement. I was sent to a nursing home and received no physical therapy. So after being virtually bed ridden for three months my muscles were so weak I couldn’t stand let alone walk. I have been doing PT with Nina for months since I had major foot fusion surgery. She has worked with me from being non-weight bearing using a walker, to a boot, to full weight bearing and more in my my tennis shoes! Nina is so patient and knowledgeable with everything she does. Elevated PT helped me recover from back pain I had for over a year. I appreciate that with them I have the PT's full attention for 60 minutes. After 6 sessions my back was back to 100% thanks to my PT's instruction, hands-on approach, and me actually doing the strengthening exercises recommended. I move better and am more conscious of lifting things correctly to keep from having pain. If you've tried using other methods of treatment that haven't worked, contact Elevated PT because they fix the cause of the issue and not the symptom.

I had Nina H as my physical therapist from the week of February 11th until the first week of July. I affectionately refer to her as Cruella, because she put me through my paces twice a week whether I liked it or not. Initially she asked me my long term goals and I responded to get back to tennis. This was a mistake I realized too late. In hindsight she did all the right things and I am back to playing tennis. I can get down on the floor and get up without assistance and I am 72 years young. Thank you Nina for your perseverance even when I complained.

I am extremely pleased with the care and results I received from Elevated PT! On the first appointment Camaron, my physical therapist, took measurements of the areas of my body that were causing me pain. She then performed dry needling and gave me exercises to improve range of motion and decrease the pain. Within a few weeks I was feeling better. I am now without any pain whatsoever! I know I’m better physically because she took measurements again on the last appointment and they had improved as well. Oh, and I failed to mention, that each visit was in my own home. They make it so easy for their patients to recover as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them and will use them, if needed, in the future!

In home physical therapy is absolutely the best way to do PT. There is no waiting in a lobby for your turn. Your appointment begins and ends on time and they work around your schedule. The session begins with a few questions from the physical therapist and you get right to work. They have the needed equipment, (including an exercise table) with them to use for the exercises they teach.I had back surgery and was left with some strength problems that lead to an improper gait. My strength returned by Dr. Christina’s excellent knowledge, proper anatomical teaching and of course my hard work between sessions. I had her undivided attention each week which I believe is the key to my healing. In home PT with Elevated PTWill be my choice for any future physical therapy needs.
