Brandy is one of the best Real Estate Agents, I have ever worked with. Not only is she knowledgeable and honest, but is willing to take the time to make sure you find the right place for you. She wants you to feel comfortable with the decision you make. She doesn’t try to sell you on the highest price house at the top end of your budget, it is really about finding the perfect fit. She knows the area extremely well and is very clear at explaining how North Carolina real estate differs from other states. I was looking to move from California to North Carolina, but also lived in New Jersey prior. She did virtual walkthroughs and kept in touch throughout the process. This was key as she was able to point out things I couldn’t see in the photos. Her YouTube videos are also an amazing resource. Highly recommended if moving to this area.

It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information.
