It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information. We appreciated her direct manner and honest feedback. And just like that we found a realtor on YouTube and ended up closing on a place we are happy to call home.

Brandy was amazing and a huge help to us as we bought our first home. She is so kind, thoughtful, and hard-working. She met with us first before we saw any houses to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. She really took the time to make sure we found the perfect home for us. We didn't know much about what to expect or the home buying process, but Brandy guided us through it and answered our many questions. She was very responsive and got us same day showings. She is very knowledgeable about homes and communities, knows what to look for, and was educating us on positive and negative aspects of the homes we saw. There are fewer things in life more stressful than buying a new house and moving to another state. During this process, everyone is “working for you.” But of course, there are delays, unexpected setbacks, and innumerable moving parts. Throughout this months long process, there was only one person who was there for me every step of the way. From the first day we met, Brandy was that person. On that first day we saw 11 properties. We spent the entire day together, I asked hundreds of questions; Brandy answered them all or called/texted someone who knew the answer. Her years of experience showed in every conversation, helping me overcome every hurdle. Even after closing, Brandy is still helping me navigate this new-build homeownership. This was the 4th time Ive purchased a home, and the first time I experienced buying one with Brandy’s help.
