Brandy expertly facilitated a retirement home exploration trip for us coming from out-of-state. She asked the right questions before we met, to curate a list of homes for sale that met our needs, while providing a diverse sampling of neighborhoods and home configurations. She was helpful before, during, and after our visit to Raleigh Durham area. Highly recommend Brandy as a professional, knowledgable and caring realtor.

Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate Market. We recently bought our home with the wonderful help from Brandy. Being from out of state and not knowing the area, Brandy understood exactly what type of home and area would be perfect for our needs. Her professionalism, kindness and availability was top notch. We will definitely be recommending Brandy to family and friends!

Brandy helped us with the purchase of our new forever home in NC. After my husband talked to her over the phone one evening he felt the honesty and connection with Brandy, she asked the right questions, on what were we’re looking and the $ range and she made a list of new sites to visit starting with the most promising one… she did her homework, she knew the builder and the area very well. Brandy’s husband helped too when we needed a walkthrough as we were not available on those specific days and he came in and help. Thanks to Brandy everything was very smooth and successful, I definitely will recommend Brandy for your Realtor needs in NC.

We're are so lucky to have chosen Brandy to handle our home purchase here in the Raleigh area. She was knowledgeable, patient, and professional above and beyond the all of duty.

We are out of state buyers. When I was doing research in the Raleigh area, I found Brandy's YouTube channel very helpful. Once we got here, I interviewed couple agents and Brandy was the most knowledgeable. Since Brandy also moved from out of state, she can quickly get our concerns and she is really helpful. For example, Brandy contacted her insurance agent to help us get our insurance quotes quickly. After closing we found some defects of the house but the builder didn't respond to our emails. Brandy found out our struggles and was able to help us get immediate attention from the builder. We truly can't buy our house without Brandy's help. She has great knowledge about this area, and most importantly her down to earth personality make the whole buying process less stressful. We highly recommend her.

What can we possibly say about Brandy, except for that she is the best at what she does! Brandy becomes more than just your realtor, she becomes a trusted friend and guides you all the way through. If we had to do it all over again, there’s no doubt we’d choose Brandy over the rest. Brandy shows up and shows out! If your looking to relocate to the beautiful state of NC, she’s you’re girl.

We were coming from the LA area and were very intimidated about moving to the Raleigh area. I found Brandy and she was an amazing resource! We settled on a new build and had no idea how the process worked. Brandy walked us through all the steps, read the builders very long contract and advised us on possible pitfalls we should avoid throughout the process. She was at every meeting, even if we could not make it!Her guide on each local city is a great resource for newbies finding their way around.I highly recommend her!

Brandy is attentive, professional, kind, and also fights for you when needed! She was always attentive and responsive to our questions. She was great at helping us with pricing without being pushy, and she was diligent through the whole set up to really get us what we wanted and help us understand everything. She presented great facts and let us lead the way with what we wanted in selling a home. She was originally recommended by our lender and we interviewed other realtors, too. We highly recommend Brandy!

Brandy helped us buy our first home & she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for! She was always fast to respond to our calls/texts and extremely easy to work with. She was honest and made us aware of the positive and the "negative" in the homes we looked at. She is very knowledgeable about the triangle housing market and the housing market in general. She was there every step of the way for us, explaining things and making sure there were no surprises. She had our best interest in mind & truly is an amazing realtor! If you are buying or selling, you will not regret using Brandy! :)

We worked with Brandy for the purchase of our home here in North Carolina. She made the entire process so easy, giving us solid guidance on how real estate transactions in NC differ from those in our last state of residence. She has a deep well of knowledge about the Raleigh housing market trends and knows all the neighborhoods that we looked at - and that was a lot of neighborhoods. She let us take our time and never rushed us. And, when we were ready to make a purchase, she was a shrewd tactician and diplomatic negotiator. She had a seemingly endless list of resources and suggestions. We felt like we were her only client, even though we know she had several active listings and clients at the time. She helped us navigate a sticky situation with an unresponsive, less than competent title attorney, going so far as to address it in person until she got answers and movement forward. Even after the sale she's helped us resolve an issue and get a problem sorted out using our home warranty. She also sent us a welcome guide with lots of information about the community we were moving into. She's professional, committed, and exceptionally good at her job. In 30 years we've had 7 real estate transactions and Brandy is the best agent we've ever had. Seriously, she's AMAZING and she's our forever real estate agent in NC. 10/10 highly recommend

I closed on my new home in April. Purchasing a new build in NC from MD is not for the faint of heart. I prayed and asked the Lord to connect me with a good Realtor, and He sure came through with Brandy! Brandy took time with me from start to finish, took in all my wants and steer-away-froms, and stayed within those boundaries. She is very responsive to communication, which is a must for me. Whenever I'd reach out to her, I always got prompt responses. I so appreciated her help and professionalism throughout the process. I learned so much from her about the town and State I was relocating to. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area, the market, and everything in between. And if she doesn't know something, she has good resources she works with. If you are a picky and detail-oriented buyer, as I was, Brandy is the Realtor for you! Her insight and patience made the journey so pleasant and enjoyable. When I wasn't able to come down during the building process, Brandy was always my trusty eyes and ears on the ground and so willing to get me the answers I needed. She continues to be a good resource for me, even after I closed on my home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandy to anyone. If you are in the market for a new home, do yourself a huge favor and work with Brandy! She's wonderful. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely would choose Brandy.

She showed up to every appointment with enthusiasm and was always responsive when we needed something. Thanks to Brandy, we found the perfect spot for us and were able to close quickly and with ease. Her professionalism and positivity made the whole experience a breeze, and we’ll definitely be using her services again the next time we need a realtor.

Brandy Nemergut is the most professional, honest, helpful, impactful, knowledgable, and resourceful real-estate veteran in the regions surrounding Raleigh, NC. Couldn’t recommend her more! She went above and beyond the call of duty, prioritizing us as a client on many, many showings, helping serve as a second set of eyes, ensuring we had all the information we needed, advocating for us on the big and little things, and even went so far as to connecting us with non-realty items such as schools, moving experts, pest control, etc. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and her husband Lance. They always made themselves available to us, responded innately and comprehensively, and supported us every step of the way, including after we had settled in. I can’t imagine anyone one better to help you relocate to the triangle area and will definitely recommend and use the Nemergut team again on our next real-estate adventure. Thank you again, Brandy!

As a first time home buyer, it was a pleasure working with Brandy. She’s knowledgeable, forthright, and is balanced in her ability to lead the buyer as well as the buyer offering up their point of view. She made the buying and closing process seamless while working within a tight timeframe. I moved several states away and was ableto close in less than a month. If you’re looking for a seasoned and well-rounded agent, she’s the person for the job.

Brandy was an amazing realtor to work with. The number one knowledgeable agent in any suburb of Raleigh that you could imagine. The level of client care is unparalleled. I referred my clients from Arizona and she does such a great job educating relocation buyers of all of the options. If you haven't check out her YouTube channel with all sorts of informational videos about the various areas it's a great place to start. She is passionate about what she does, she's an excellent negotiator, she's extremely experienced and organized, and she's a spreadsheet nerd! Clients love the amount of data she provides and the way she can present information so that it is completely understandable. If you are looking for an amazing agent in any area near Raleigh Brandy Nemergut is the best agent around!

Brandy is one of the best Real Estate Agents, I have ever worked with. Not only is she knowledgeable and honest, but is willing to take the time to make sure you find the right place for you. She wants you to feel comfortable with the decision you make. She doesn’t try to sell you on the highest price house at the top end of your budget, it is really about finding the perfect fit. She knows the area extremely well and is very clear at explaining how North Carolina real estate differs from other states. I was looking to move from California to North Carolina, but also lived in New Jersey prior. She did virtual walkthroughs and kept in touch throughout the process. This was key as she was able to point out things I couldn’t see in the photos. Her YouTube videos are also an amazing resource. Highly recommended if moving to this area.

I’ve worked with Brandy multiple times. Great communication and thorough work. She goes above and beyond than what is asked.

It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information. We appreciated her direct manner and honest feedback. And just like that we found a realtor on YouTube and ended up closing on a place we are happy to call home.

Brandy was amazing and a huge help to us as we bought our first home. She is so kind, thoughtful, and hard-working. She met with us first before we saw any houses to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. She really took the time to make sure we found the perfect home for us. We didn't know much about what to expect or the home buying process, but Brandy guided us through it and answered our many questions. She was very responsive and got us same day showings. She is very knowledgeable about homes and communities, knows what to look for, and was educating us on positive and negative aspects of the homes we saw. Throughout the entire process she was on top of everything and quickly smoothed out any concern that came up. Even after we closed on the house and still now, we know we can reach out to her for advice. We certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

First, you could not find a better Realtor. Even that falls short on the overall experience. Brandy was phenomenal. From our first online consultation a year ago to the closing of our new home on 8-29, Brandy was with us every step of the way. Her knowledge of the greater Raleigh area is amazing. We met with her regularly from our move from Vermont right up to the closing of our home in Wilson's Mills. Her patience, attention to detail, and willingness to listen our wants and needs made the entire experience stress free. You cannot go wrong with her as your Realtor. We started out as just clients but came away with a family friend.
