She wants you to feel comfortable with the decision you make. She doesn’t try to sell you on the highest price house at the top end of your budget, it is really about finding the perfect fit. She knows the area extremely well and is very clear at explaining how North Carolina real estate differs from other states. I was looking to move from California to North Carolina, but also lived in New Jersey prior. She did virtual walkthroughs and kept in touch throughout the process. It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties.
