It’s time for a quick story about a real estate agent who is unlike any other. It all started in 2017 when the Great Bambino of real estate agents, Brandy Nemergut came into our life to help us find our first home! The market was hot, but we were determined to find a piece of property with a large backyard and the garage in the back. AND in central Orange County, CA…. Were we out of our minds? Maybe. Like a leopard chasing down a zebra uphill, Brandy went to work! She found us our perfect starter home right down the street from Disneyland that checked all the boxes! Fast forward to 2021. My wife and I were on the hunt again and were planning to relocate our family right outside of Raleigh. Immediately we called our go to, Brandy to help us get the job done! In a market where the supply is at record lows and people are offering tens of thousands over asking price, Brandy got us into our home with just 2 offers! The buying process went down smoother than a cup of coffee and Baileys on a cold winter night! The end. Anticlimactic, I know!
