I went to Quintella MMA while doing an internship here. You’ll find that everyone here comes from different backgrounds and has different stories to tell. It really comes to show that MMA, BJJ and Muay Thai can really be for anyone across different walks of life. I would absolutely recommend showing up here and doing whatever you can, whether it be the classes or the open mats.

Stopped here with my team to prep my student for a CFFC title match. The owner was very accommodating & friendly, and he has great credentials. I'd 100% train here if I lived here.

I have started my Muay Thai journey here in February and so far I have been enjoying my training. The dojo is clean and spacious, the price is affordable, and Master Alex enjoys what he do. Many good trainees and masters that come here with a good attitude as well.Learning the art is somewhat tough but fun at the same time, and I feel that anyone coming to the academy will build strength, coordination, skill, and confidence with a skillful teacher.

Both of my girls train jiujitsu here and the owner and staff clearly love what they do. They teach classes with both new and experienced fighters and teach with patience and discipline. Alex (the owner) is a genuine and very knowledgeable instructor. Everyone is very hands on and personable with the kids, knows all of their names and adjusts to needs when need be. I can't say enough good things about Quintella MMA and would highly recommend to everyone!

I called in about my stepson after his mother had some logistical issues there. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, respectful and understanding of our situation. I appreciate him and she and I both recommended this location to anyone looking for MMA for their kids.

Easily the most family oriented and friendly environment. From day one, my kids were welcomed and made to feel like part of of a team. The training is top tier and the instructors are amazing. I can only describe the owner as someone I wish I'd known for the last 40 years...guy is awesome and even makes the parents feel like part of process and training. 5+ stars!

We love Quintella! My son (9) started a little over a year ago after trying, and not liking, other sports. He absolutely fell in love with Muay Thai and Jiujitsu, he loves going to class and competing in tournaments! My daughter (6) just started after watching her brother for the past year and she’s obsessed already! Sensei, Matt and all of the instructors are incredible, knowledgeable, and very hands on. I would recommend Quintella to everyone!!

I have both my son and daughter enrolled here in separate age groups, and the experience has been fantastic for both of them, which also means I am there every afternoon!The curriculum is perfectly tailored to their development. In the younger class, the instructors do a wonderful job focusing on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, ensuring the kids build a solid foundation. In the older class, they take it to the next level; the kids actually get to train and fight in a safe place.In the "technology world" we live in today, seeing my kids build real-world confidence is invaluable. Jiu-Jitsu is a life skill that will impact them forever, giving them the tools to defend themselves and stay grounded.A huge thank you to Alex, Matt, and the younger kids that help out and grateful for their patience because training 4 year olds is not for the weak.They truly help the kids strive to be the best versions of themselves. We are so grateful to have found this place.
