I hired this ‘company’ to do lawn leveling and reseeding on my back lawn as it had some high and low areas that made it difficult for me to walk on. Garrett gave me what I thought was a fair price and explained everything that would be done. On March 11, 2026 he sent a quote and I signed it for the work to be done. However he continually put off the time frame that he would complete the work. Finally on May 25th, one of his workers arrived. The estimate stated that the lawn would be mowed and inspected for high areas and low areas. The estimate also stated that loose surface debris would be removed and that heavier application would be done on low areas of the lawn. NONE of that was done, in fact the worker didn’t even use professional equipment throwing handfuls of grass seed down instead of using a spreader. The estimate also stated that there would be lawn rolling with equipment to ensure even distribution which was never done. Finally, the estimate stated that the area of the driveway would be cleaned which was not done. In spite of this I paid the bill and started watering extensively to get the grass to grow. After two and a half weeks there was NO difference. I contacted Garrett and told him it appeared that corners were cut and the job was not done correctly. I discussed this with him via text and requested that he come out to inspect my lawn, he never did but eventually about 10 days later his worker arrived with no prior notice and walked around the yard throwing handfuls of grass seed on the lawn, I went outside when I saw him and asked what he was doing. I told his worker that I was waiting for Garrett to come out and look at my lawn, he told me he would let him know but in spite of this Garrett never showed up. However, I again waited another couple of weeks and kept watering the lawn. On June 20th I tried to contact Garrett again, telling him how unhappy I was with the work that had been done. His response was “what do you want me to do?” He had promised me his work was guaranteed but he has not stood by that guarantee. He would not even come out to look at the lawn and told me to instead send him photos, I told him I wanted him to come out and LOOK at my lawn. (It looks worse now than it did before he did any ‘work’) He said he would come and look at it, but it has now been 5 more days and I have not heard from him at all.I guess my only recourse is to go to small claims court and try to recoup at least some of what I paid. Hopefully any anyone considering using him in the future sees this review and does their homework ahead of time to make sure their money is going to a professional.Update: I did finally get a hold of Garrett and he said he would come over and look at my lawn, even that took another several days, but he did show up and offered half of what I paid. I told him that was not reasonable considering the lawn looked much worse than before any work was done, and I was going to have to hire someone else to come and fix what he had done, but we finally agreed on him refunding all but $200. Again, I hope anyone who sees this review will do their due diligence before hiring Garrett and his team.

Only rating a 1 because 0 is not a option got a quote from this company for a tear out, leveling and resod of our front yard.it was not the cheapest nor the most expensive however the communication at that time was great and responsive. I sent him photos of the dirt that was not level even painted it in white to stand out and it still is unlevel After the sod from James Ave sod a supplier of their choosing was laid i started noticing multiple varieties of different weeds popping up thru the sod he chose. I sent Garret a text expressing what was going on with the yard and his response was prompt asking for photos of the yard which i sent with all the weeds i am pulling weekly from the supplier of his choosing. After i sent the photos i was ghosted!! No response from the company nor the owner who stated when we chose them for the job “ i will make sure you are satisfied”!WRONG!! Please be careful if doing business with this dishonest guy and this company. If anyone wants to see the work they will not stand behind nor correct please contact me.
