Just had them remove a large fire pit area and rock. Re sod the areas clean up the rock under my deck. They did excellent work. Pricing was vary fair and all the guys that came to my house were supper polite and worked hard all day was a great experience

We decided to go with Gregoire Landscaping and I’m really glad we did.We couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out. The new paver walkway and retaining wall completely changed the look of our place in the best way.The attention to detail really stands out. Everything lines up clean, the curves in the walkway feel natural, and the wall looks rock solid. It just fits the house perfectly.The crew was great to work with from start to finish. Good guys, showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and kept things clean. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to answer and easy to talk to, which made a big difference.You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about doing things the right way. It never felt rushed or sloppy. Yet they got it done quickly all the same.If you’re thinking about having any work done, I’d recommend Gregoire Landscaping without hesitation. Hard to believe that they receive this many 5 star reviews! We paid them $3,300 to level our entire yard and over seed. Foolishly paid in full without seeing the work on the promise they would be back to finish.We have only two areas (each measuring less than 10x10 ft) that were actually leveled. The remainder of the yard is as unlevel as before!! They have not over seeded. They were supposed to come back this Spring to finish but are ghosting all communications.Our attorney is filling in Johnson County Court on Monday. I’d avoid them like the plague!!Will try to post a smattering of the photos included in our filing.
