I onboarded Simple CFO expecting structured financial support, clear communication, and coordinated guidance between their bookkeeping and CFO teams. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Communication operated in two separate channels, and there was a lack of coordination between teams. Documents submitted to one group were not shared with the other, resulting in repeated requests for the same information during meetings. I was under the impression both teams worked together, but that was not reflected in practice.
Stacey was my point of contact for cancellation and was professional throughout that process. However, given my investment of $4,800, I expected a higher level of strategic support—particularly around budgeting, account structure, fund organization, and planning for upcoming real estate investments.
Overall, I do not feel the service provided justified the investment or adequately supported me or my team. There is a clear need for improvement in communication, coordination, and delivering actionable financial guidance.
