Working with Simple CFO has been an extremely positive experience. For a long time, I put off engaging a fractional CFO because I wasn't convinced it was something I needed. Like many business owners, I felt I could handle most of it myself and that there were other priorities competing for my resources.However, it became clear that I needed someone who could help me get clarity about my business and provide an experienced outside perspective.
