We fabricated and shipped two large chimney caps for our client in Rockford, IL. Our client had selected Castle Exteriors to do the measuring and installation of these copper chimney caps. Our contact, Chris Walker worked closely with us from the beginning to provide measurements and photos that were needed to accurately fabricate the chimney cap to specifically fit each of the large chimneys. His meticulous attention to detail was rewarded by an exact fit for each of the chimney caps.Prior to beginning the installation He checked in with us to review his installation plan which involved coordinating a lift with slings and ladders and safety provisions.After reviewing photos that they sent of their work it was evident that they applied great Care to ensure that each chimney cap was installed without a scratch and anchored securely to the concrete cap at the top of the chimney.It was a real privilege working with Chris and his team to navigate to complexities of this challenging project. The owner was elated with the results.
