Solid service and friendly! I called Wednesday night due to the storms and Jordan was amazing to respond the next morning to go over details on some minor siding repairs. They were out by Friday to help with the minor repairs - the contractor was friendly too! We fabricated and shipped two large chimney caps for our client in Rockford, IL. Our client had selected Castle Exteriors to do the measuring and installation of these copper chimney caps. Our contact, Chris Walker worked closely with us from the beginning to provide measurements and photos that were needed to accurately fabricate the chimney cap to specifically fit each of the large chimneys. His meticulous attention to detail was rewarded by an exact fit for each of the chimney caps.Prior to beginning the installation He checked in with us to review his installation plan which involved coordinating a lift with slings and ladders and safety provisions.After reviewing photos that they sent of their work it was evident that they applied great Care to ensure that each chimney cap was installed without a scratch and anchored securely to the concrete cap at the top of the chimney.It was a real privilege working with Chris and his team to navigate to complexities of this challenging project. The owner was elated with the results.

Castle was very professional. Brad, came to our house. He gave us the estimate. Brad worked with our insurance company to get the deck replaced after a tree fell on it. He, and the crew who worked on our deck, became to feel more like family. My wife even made lunches for the guys, making sure they were eating well. They are a great company to have on any project for your home. Im even talking to them about a new project for my siding issues.

We were extremely happy from inspection to completion. No matter who we talked to or had contact with from Chuck, to Brad, to Phil, everyone was very professional and went above and beyond, from answering all of our questions to dealing with the insurance company. They completed the roof in one day and the workers did an exceptional job not only on the roof itself but also with cleaning up all the debris. We were just very happy from beginning to end and would highly recommend this company!

We had storm damage last summer and I contacted my insurance agent for references. He immediately recommended Castle Exteriors. I called and spoke with Brad and everything took off from there. I worked with Jeremy and he did an excellent job with setting up an inspection and worked very closely with my insurance company. He made sure that everything was covered and that insurance was very clear on the issues. He did a great job working with insurance to ensure that everything was taken care of by insurance and that all work would be covered and paid for. The did a roof and siding replacement. Everything was scheduled quickly and the roof was repaired within a week. After all questions were resolved with the siding, they immediately came out and replaced the siding. We found a sample house on the website and asked for that roof and siding. They were able to match it exactly. We have received tons of compliments on the work that was done as well as the look of the house. We also worked with Sarah and she is outstanding as the Project Manager. She made sure that that all payments were made by insurance as well as explaining the entire process.We are so incredibly happy with Castle that we have recommended them to our neighbors. We also anticipate having additional work done by them. We are so happy that our insurance agent recommended them. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.Greg Soohov

Charles Witt is the man that made it happen for my family! Couldn’t be happier with the diligence and constant communication he offered.
