Absolutely amazing service from Cam. We had a major fault on boiler yesterday, he came out within an hour and said we need new one ( it was over 15 years old) he came next day and fitted new. Cleaned up after and worked solidy for 7 hours. We now have total piece of mind as old boiler kept failing. Cannot recommend Besafe highly enough.

Absolutely 💯 delighted with this company. I sent a message at 6am and by 7.30am Kamran was on site to sort my boiler issue . Unfortunately as it was so old I replaced it and installed within 24hrs . I woke up yesterday to no heat or hot water. I called around lots of local engineers but no one willing to come out on a Saturday. I came across Besafe 247, called them & Kamran was at my door a few hours later to diagnose the problem. He left to get the part I needed & returned at 8pm to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable & advised us about regular servicing & the benefits of it.He was upfront of cost to supply & fit, no hidden extras. We have saved his number for the future. A lot of engineers never even bothered to answer calls or messages even though they claim to provide 24-7 service. I would 100% recommend!!

Thank you Kamran for coming out so quickly late on a Saturday evening. We had pressure problems with our boiler which we managed to resolve, but the fault code was still coming up and our googling indicated it could mean a leak, so we called Besafe 247 just to "be safe"!Kamran was with us in less than an hour. He did a thorough check of the system and explained what the issue was, sorted it and the job was done. He was very reassuring too, and noted our boiler and pipes were all generally good, whilst explaining what had led to the problem. Cost was excellent value too. Thanks Kamran for ensuring we got a good night's sleep! A great job and very professional.

Kamran came to look at my old boiler and radiators on Saturday and by Monday I had a nice new boiler and 4 radiators all fitted and working.Really fair pricing too and he said he would be there for 9am and was there bang on 9. Completed the job by 5.30pm.He also was very thorough about checking all my new radiators were heating properly and that the boiler was running and connected to my hive.Will definitely pass his details on if any family or friends are needing work done.
