My wife and I purchased a new home in Richardson Ridge, Kanata Lakes in 2023. We had an inground pool and hot tub installed and we were looking to complete our property with hard and soft landscaping. After researching Landscaping companies, we decided to go with Exact Landscapes because of their excellent reviews.We met with Jamie Carriveau, owner of Exact Landscapes, who asked us to make a wish list of what we envisioned to complete our property. Jamie and his design team took all of our wishes into consideration and then presented us a design plan which was exactly what we had imagined.This included pavers in the entire back yard/pool area, a pathway along the side of our home, a front walkway and an apron of pavers around our driveway. We also had exterior lighting installed, as well as, a lot of soft landscapingExact Landscapes did an excellent job! The workmanship was outstanding. A special shout out to one of his crew, Aden, a team supervisor, who was wonderful and very pleasant. The entire team were very respectful throughout the entire project.We asked Jamie to come back a couple of times for some minor warranty work. Without hesitation, he immediately arranged for the warranty work to be completed. Exact Landscapes is top notch. We were a bit concerned with the price. However, every day there was some sort of "surprise & delight" that resulted in the project being even better than we hoped or had imagined.- Crew takes pride in their work. Every single person cared.- They were definitely "exact". I've never had a contractor who spent as much time measuring, levelling and just all-around caring about the details as the crew working for Exact.- Showed up every day on time.- Cleaned up every day.- Explained every aspect of the work.- If they ran into a roadblock, they just shifted to something else.No hesitation in recommending them or hiring them again.

Jamie Carriveau and his team will complete all work at a reasonable price and work with you for all your landscaping needs. We built a pool this year and they did all the other work and we were extremely happy and satisfied with their service. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs their service.
