I can't recommend them enough! A truly professional and great experience from start to finish. My 34 year-old engagement ring band broke in half. I took it to Greis and Denise helped me every step of the way. She explained the process and gave me recommendations on width and what will last longer. And needless to say, she was absolutely right and my ring band fits perfectly! And the fix time was much shorter than I anticipated. They also cleaned my ring and it looks brand new! They are truly a gem (pun intended) and I will be going there for all of my jewelry needs because this experience was remarkable, especially in this current world where so much customer service is lack luster.Thank you again Denise and everyone at Greis! You are awesome!!

Jason is the best! Been doing business with him for over 25 years. My wife and I have never been disappointed . I only wish I had more money to spend with him. I think if you’re looking for any type of jewelry if you sit down with Jason for more than a minute, you’ll be a customer for life I highly recommend Greis jewelers and wish them much much success in the future.

Amazing experience and amazing customer service. Denise went above and beyond to work on getting a custom engagement ring created. Have already recommended a friend and going back for the wedding band. Definitely won a customer for life.

I have been a Greis customer for more than 30 years. I have been very satisfied with the design offerings and quality of their jewelry and watches. Their customer service has always been outstanding and verified by the many folks I have referred to them over the years.

First time at the store to size and fit a few watches. Hugh took excellent care of me and fixed them on the spot. I made the right choice in picking Greis and I’ll definitely be back.
