What an amazing experience! My plan was just to go get a few things repaired. The jeweler was on site and did all the repairs while I waited. As I was looking around, I saw a beautiful pair of earrings and was help guided on ones that fit my style and age. Wow!!! What can I say! I love my new earrings!!! The customer service was excellent and was not oversold. They made me feel like I was the world’s best customer! Thank you for making me feel so special! Will definitely come again!

Greis repaired an heirloom watch that was a gift from a dear relative.In a fluke, what should have been a simple repair, had to be shipped to the factory in Asia.Not only was the repair done well, but the store kept me informed throughout. The final charge was very reasonable.
