Five years ago, my house flooded. My contractor introduced me to Matthew, who single-handedly redesigned the parts they had to rebuild. I lost my flooring, had to repaint, received all new kitchen cabinets, and had to purchase new furniture. Here’s what I learned:1. Trust the process-many times, I didn’t know what I wanted and Matthew took the time to sit and help me narrow down color choices and designs.2. Patience-Matthew spent as much time as I needed to make decisions. However, time was of the essence so we could move back in. Very patient.3. Eye for Detail-I wanted a certain color choice from a store. It was perfect. But he was correct in that when I brought a sample home, it didn’t fit. How can he see that without them next to each other? No clue, but I wouldn’t doubt his suggestions.
