Wanted to say how awesome a job Adkins and the Bay Energy team did. I was looking at replacing an old moldy gas furnace, and Bay Energy was by far the most responsive, professional, and patient vendor I got an estimate from. I explored a lot of different options and Adkins sent me many many revisions of many quotes and answered all of my questions. We probably traded hundreds of messages before I accepted the bid. Adkins was very knowledgeable on all aspects of furnaces, heat pumps, ducting, filters, and even tax rebates and was very patient in answering all of my questions.They were able to schedule the job just a few days after, and the team that came to do the install did an excellent job. They were very professional, fast, and clean. Shout out to L.C. and Ivan. It was a particularly difficult install as the old furnace was in a small mechanical closet, and the Bay Energy crew had to fit in a new intake box, air filter housing, and air handler and somehow they were able to do it without damaging any paint or the door.
